(OTCBB: EXCX) is engaged in the business of live entertainment, as a promoter and producer for the highest quality music and sporting events, including concerts, music festivals, pay-per-view programming and more. The Empire s goal is to become the leader in integrated promotion, marketing and production of live events covering a wide range of talent. The Empire is led by a renowned promoter and legend in the live events industry, Shelly Finkel, The Empire s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Finkel has been involved in promoting the Grateful Dead, The Allman Brothers, The Doors, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, and Cream. In addition, Mr. Finkel was the organizer and visionary behind the biggest rock concert of all time, the Watkins Glen Summer Jam. A member of the Boxing Hall of Fame, Shelly Finkel has also represented and managed many of the boxing world s greats stars, such as Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, and Manny Pacquiao to name a few. Mr. Finkel was also the promotional brainchild of the wildly successful Howard Stern New Year s Eve Event, which was the most successful non-sporting Pay Per View event of all time.
