7 Team Dr. Amy S. Ross Chief Executive Officer & Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ross is a Board Certified Dermatologist and a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon with over a decade of experience as a clinician and healthcare executive. Upon completion of her fellowship, Dr. Ross founded PHDermatology as a solo practitioner and successfully expanded her practice to four locations and twelve providers serving the Tampa Bay community. Dr. Ross specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, general dermatologic services, and laser treatment of skin disorders. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, the most selective organization of skin cancer and reconstructive surgeons in the United States. Dr. Ross attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, and her Master of Science in Pharmaceutics. She received her medical degree from Drexel University, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. After a dermatology residency at Drexel, she completed her training with a dermatologic surgery fellowship at Vanderbilt University. Stephen Pohlmeyer President & Chief Development Officer Mr. Pohlmeyer brings over a decade of dermatology, operational, investing, and finance experience, including experience at a leading dermatology service organization. Prior to joining Dermatology Medical Partners, he held management positions with DermOne. During his tenure at DermOne, Mr. Pohlmeyer led the acquisition of more than 40 dermatology offices in 5 states and managed operations in multiple geographies. Mr. Pohlmeyer previously worked as a private equity investor at Westwind Investors, Crane Street Capital and Warburg Pincus. His experience ranges from small family office investing to large billion dollar buyouts. Mr. Pohlmeyer also previously worked in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College. Grady Wilson Director of Business Development Mr. Wilson brings almost a decade of corporate development, strategy and investing experience. Prior to joining Dermatology Medical Partners, he held various roles at CME Group, including Manager in the Corporate Strategy & Innovation group, and Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance group. While at CME Group, he led and contributed to a number of key growth initiatives, including large cross-border acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investments, and commercial opportunities. Mr. Wilson holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance from Miami (of Ohio) University. Bryan Buter Director of Business Development Mr. Buter brings over a decade of corporate finance, capital raising, and mergers & acquisitions experience. He previously worked in investment banking and leveraged finance roles for Bank of America, Wells Fargo Securities, and Barclays Capital. Bryan s experience includes transaction advisory assignments for large global businesses and institutional investors. Bryan received both an MBA and a BS degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

8 Nathan Miller Director of Business Development Mr. Miller brings almost a decade of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and investing experience. He most recently worked as a private equity investor at CHS Capital and previously worked in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at Lincoln International. Nathan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. degree with distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Richard Zinnecker Chief Operating Officer Mr. Zinnecker brings over twenty years of operations, leadership, and healthcare management experience, including experience providing non-clinical support services to physician partners in over 150 medical practices across multiple geographies. Prior to joining Dermatology Medical Partners, he served as Vice President of Operations & Project Management with Dynamic Dental Partners Group. In this role, he was responsible for supporting over 50 practices across six states and held direct oversight of acquisition integrations and new location openings. Previously, Mr. Zinnecker served as Vice President of Operations and Professional Services with Wound Care Specialists where he supported various operational and business development initiatives, including responsibility for implementing administrative best practices and monitoring key performance measures. Mr. Zinnecker has held various additional roles, as a CPA, in finance and accounting, and over the last 20 years in operations, strategy, M&A, and business development. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Nathen Fuentes Chief Financial Officer Mr. Fuentes brings over a decade of accounting and finance experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors. Mr. Fuentes has leadership experience across the entire accounting function, including audit, tax, compliance, valuation, and financial planning & analysis. Prior to joining Dermatology Medical Partners, Mr. Fuentes served as Financial Controller for Glytec LLC. Previously, he was with the assurance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked closely with clients in private equity and global asset management. He holds a Master s degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and a Bachelor s degree in Marketing from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Karin Moor, RN, CPPM Regional Director of Operations Ms. Moor brings nearly a decade of operations, marketing, and healthcare management experience. Prior to joining Dermatology Medical Partners, Ms. Moor served as Chief Operating Manager for a multi-site dermatology practice and was responsible for managing operations across multiple locations, driving growth into new markets, and ensuring each office ran smoothly. Prior to taking a leadership role in practice operations, Ms. Moor served as a registered nurse and worked closely alongside several board certified dermatologists in providing clinical patient care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Galen College of Nursing. She is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Physician Practice Manager.

9 Karri King Director of Revenue Cycle Management Ms. King brings more than two decades of revenue cycle management experience, including management and quality control across the entire coding, billing, and collections cycle. Ms. King has experience training and coaching staff members, implementing best practices and compliance policies, and negotiating with payors. Ms. King attended Davenport College and holds active memberships with the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) and with the HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association). Stacey Rhoads Director of Physician Recruiting and Human Resources Ms. Rhoads has almost two decades of physician recruiting and human resources management experience. She previously worked for a large dental support organization and for a large multi-site provider of dermatology services. Ms. Rhoads graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business.
