Kadavy President and Chief Executive Officer/ Paul D. Kadavy is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Paramount Bank. He previously served as the President of various Wells Fargo/Norwest Bank locations, including: President of Wells Fargo Bank Nevada/Norwest Bank Nevada in Las Vegas, during which time Norwest Bank established its first presence in Nevada through acquisitions of American Federal Savings and Primerit Bank; President of Norwest Bank North Dakota, N.A. in Bismarck, where Mr. Kadavy managed banking operations for Norwest Banks in Bismarck and the western half of North Dakota; President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwest Bank Nebraska Lincoln, N.A., where he developed a de novo bank. He also led the transition for a subsequent bank acquisition by Norwest in Lincoln and was named President of the combined banks. In all, his career with Wells Fargo/Norwest spanned a period of nearly thirty years. During his career he has also held various faculty positions at community colleges and other educational institutions and has authored many books and articles for national publication. Mr. Kadavy received his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Arts degree, both from University of Nebraska- Lincoln. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, the Multi-Company Management School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Norwest College of Commercial Credit, and the Norwest Managing Officers College.

Steve Mallory Senior Vice President Mr. Mallory is Senior Vice President of Paramount Bank, responsible for the development and management of customer relationships involving commercial real estate, commercial and industrial loans, deposit and other products. His experience in commercial lending and bank management in the Las Vegas market spans a period of over twenty-three years. Mr. Mallory has previously served as a senior officer for Community Bank of Nevada, Kirkwood Bank & Trust, Nevada State Bank, Bank of America, and was President of Red Rock Community Bank, which he established as a de novo bank. Mr. Mallory received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in finance and minors in accounting and economics. Diana L. Smart Vice President & Controller Ms. Smart is the Controller for Paramount Bank. She has twenty-three years of banking and accounting experience, twenty of which have been in the financial services industry. She was Assistant Controller at Paramount Bank in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where she was employed principally as a senior accountant for almost six years. Ms. Smart s duties have exposed her to all aspects of the bank s operations. She has a strong understanding of the systems used by the bank, including the loan and deposit applications. She is responsible the daily operations of the accounting function. Ms. Smart received an Associate of Science degree from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor's Degree from Spring Arbor University. Ron Risk Vice President Mr. Risk is Vice President, responsible for the developement of commercial banking relationships, including commercial real estate, commercial and industrial loans, deposit and other products. His experience in commercial banking and financial planning for customers exceeds 25 years, including service as an officer at Bank of Nevada, Bank of America and Business Bank of Nevada.

His experience in the mortgage loan business with a variety of banks and mortgage companies in Nevada and California spans a period of almost forty years. Mr. Dugan received a Bachelor s degree from California State University, Pomona. Sharon Alsup Compliance Manager Ms. Alsup is responsible as the bank s compliance manager for management and oversight of all aspects of compliance with bank policies, federal and state laws. She has over twenty years of banking experience in compliance, loan operations and quality control, consumer banking and other banking positions in Las Vegas. Ms. Alsup attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has completed ongoing coursework in the financial services industry. Matthew Smith Chief Credit Officer Mr. Smith is Chief Credit Officer. He has twenty -four years of banking experience, all in the fields of commercial lending, credit analysis and auditing. Mr. Smith most recently has served as Vice President/Commercial Lending for Paramount Bank in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He also has experience with Metrobank, People s State Bank, Michigan National Bank and National Bank of Detroit. 4 Page 4 of 8 John J. Haycock was Chief Executive Officer of Haycock Petroleum, a multi-state marketer of commercial petroleum products and related services, founded in 1955 in Las Vegas. He assumed management control in the early 1990s and recently retired. He is a member and past President of the Nevada Petroleum Marketers Association and serves as Chairman of the Board of the Nevada State Petroleum Fund, a board created by the Nevada Legislature to oversee claims and distribute funds related to petroleum environmental remediation. He previously served as President of the Western Petroleum Marketers Association, an eight state association of independent petroleum marketers. Mr. Haycock is a member of the board of directors and an officer of S.S.M. Gaming, a regional gaming company and slot route operator. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Las Vegas Monorail Company, was Chairman of the Nevada Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and is a member of the board of trustees and an officer of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the board of advisors of Utah Valley State College, Orem, Utah, and has served on numerous other civic boards. Mr. Haycock is a graduate of Valley High School in Las Vegas and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and marketing from Brigham Young University. Richard D. Perkins Richard D. Perkins was appointed Chief of Police in July 2006, becoming the tenth person to head the City of Henderson Police Department since the City's incorporation in Chief Perkins retired as police chief in September He joined the Henderson Police Department as a patrol officer in January Chief Perkins became a police officer in He was selected as field training officer in 1987, tasked with training new recruits. Eighteen months later, he became a police investigator, and was promoted to sergeant in That same year, he received the Clark County District Attorney's Office Meritorious Award for his work with child abuse victims. In 1995, he was promoted to Captain, serving as commander of the Investigations Division, until his promotion to deputy police chief over the Operations Command in December Chief Perkins served in the Nevada Assembly for seven terms, from 1992 until During this time, he served as Floor Leader, Majority Leader, and Speaker of the Assembly. He championed a number of law enforcement issues, such as Nevada's Amber Alert, Homeland Security, Truth in Sentencing, and anti-drug and anti-street gang laws. Chief Perkins is a native of Southern Nevada, born in Boulder City and raised in Henderson. He is a graduate of Basic High School, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned bachelor degrees in both Criminal Justice and Political Science, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) National Academy. Chief Perkins has received many awards and honors during his career as a law enforcement officer and as an Assemblyman. He has a broad range of affiliations with Nevada law enforcement, governmental and civic organizations. Felix D. Rappaport

Rappaport has served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Luxor Hotel and Casino since the merger of MGM MIRAGE and Mandalay Resort Group in April He was previously President & Chief Operating Officer of New York -New York Hotel and Casino, and Executive Vice President of Hotel Operations at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Mr. Rappaport is a veteran in the industry with more than twenty-five years of experience in hospitality management positions. Prior to joining MGM Grand, Mr. Rappaport was in executive management at Station Casinos, Inc. for over two years, serving as Vice President and General Manager of Boulder Station Hotel and Casino. He also served as Vice President of Hotel Operations for both Treasure Island (which he helped open) and the Mirage, with other management positions at the latter resort including of Guest Services and of Hotel Operations. Mr. Rappaport has been affiliated with many industry and charitable programs, and previously served as a board member for the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association as well as the Board of s of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. In June 2001, he was named Nevada Hotelier of the Year by the Nevada Hotel and Motel Association and Nevada Volunteer of the Year by the American Hotel and Motel Association. Mr. Rappaport won the 2004 Friends of Working Families award through the AFL-CIO, and Gaming Professional of the Year for the Western Region from the Casino Management Association. Mr. Rappaport graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor s Degree in Social Sciences/Liberal Arts. He also attended graduate programs in business management at Rutgers University, Southern Illinois University and UNLV. He has taught hospitality management at Widener University in Pennsylvania, and served as an instructor at Temple University, La Salle University and Community College in Philadelphia, PA. Tony F. Sanchez III Tony F. Sanchez III is corporate senior vice president for public policy and external affairs at Sierra Pacific Resources. Sierra Pacific is a holding company whose principal subsidiaries are Nevada Power Company, the electric utility for most of southern Nevada, and Sierra Pacific Power Company, the electric utility for most of northern Nevada and the Lake Tahoe area of California. Sanchez had previously been with the Jones Vargas law firm since 1999, where his law practice has concentrated on energy and utility matters, governmental relations, lobbying, and administrative law. Well rooted in the community and highly involved in numerous organizations and entities throughout the valley, Mr. Sanchez continues to hold positions of influence and receive awards for his contributions. He is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and the Federal Energy Bar Association, and has served as the vice president of the Latin Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Sanchez serves on the board of directors for United Way of Southern Nevada, has served as president of the Latin Chamber of Commerce and, for the past three years and has served as a trustee for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. He is an advisory committee member of the US Commission on Civil Rights, a board member of the Clark County Pro Bono Foundation, and is part of the University Medical Center Citizens Review Task Force. Recognized for his active presence throughout the community, Mr. Sanchez has received several awards for his dedication, including the Latin Chamber s Hispanic of the Year, the American Diabetes Association s Person of the

Profiled by the Las Vegas Review-Journal in July, 2003, his involvement in his profession and his community has brought much recognition to Jones Vargas. Mr. Sanchez holds a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mrs. Sanchez holds memberships in the following bar associations: Clark County, American, Latin, Federal Communications and Federal Energy Bar Associations; State Bar of Nevada. Stephen P. Schneider As a resident of Las Vegas for almost forty years, Steve Schneider has had a significant impact on the community by creating Nevada s largest residential real estate company and as a real estate investment and marketing expert. He has formed LLCs which have successfully invested in both Nevada property, and properties outside the State. Large corporations and small businesses also enlist his help in finding homes and business locations. After moving to Las Vegas as a teacher, Mr. Schneider changed careers and became a real estate agent. In 1979 he started The Americana Group, a general real estate brokerage firm which became the largest real estate brokerage firm in Nevada in In 1999, with over 500 agents, Mr. Schneider sold the company to Prudential Real Estate Services. He has remained with The Americana Group in an advisory capacity and as a broker-salesman to the present. Since selling The Americana Group, Steve has specialized in developing real estate investments and managing a real estate investment portfolio. Mr. Schneider has served on several national real estate committees, including Pace Setters, an advisory group made up of the brokers of the largest real estate companies in the United States, and the Better Homes and Gardens Advisory Board. He also served on the board of directors of American Telephone Exchange. He received his Bachelor s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Masters degree from Northern Arizona University. Keith V. Thomas Keith V. Thomas has thirty-five years experience in banking and community service. He is an accomplished manager, having served as a senior financial institution executive and as a senior federal regulatory official. Mr. Thomas is a recognized community leader, serving or having served as chairman of the board, president, or director of numerous community, industry, and professional organizations. Mr. Thomas served as President, Chairman of the Board and principal officer during the startup phase of U.S. Savings Bank. It was converted to a commercial bank when it became Bank of Commerce. After the conversion, he continued to serve as a director until the bank was sold in 2005 to Community Bancorp. Mr. Thomas was previously Senior Vice President and senior officer in Southern Nevada for American Federal Savings Bank and also managed various other statewide departments from time to time. American Federal was acquired by Norwest Corporation. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer and was a director of Frontier Savings Bank. In that capacity he was responsible for managing all aspects of operations for this $300 million financial institution.
7 Page 7 of 8 Prior to his experience as a bank executive, Mr. Thomas was Senior Vice President of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, responsible for managing the examination and supervision of FSLIC-insured financial institutions in the eight states and territory that make up the Twelfth District. Mr. Thomas has been very active in professional and business organizations in the Las Vegas community for many years. He will be joining the board as a director in September, Mr. Thomas holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from Brigham Young University and a Master's of Business Administration degree in finance from St. Mary's University.
