4 Energy and Natural Resources Aminex plc Acted for Aminex on its conditional class 1 disposal of interests in onshore oil and gas exploration permits in Tanzania for US$40 million to Omanbased Zubair Corporation. Arman Dream Energy Acted for Dutch company Dream Energy BV on the sale of a Dutch special purpose vehicle with a Kazakhstan wind farm holding to GE Energy and Eni International BV. SOCO International plc Acted for SOCO International on its sale of SOCO Cabinda Limited, through which it held a 22% interest in the Cabinda North Production Sharing Contract (PSC), Angola. Celtique Energie Holdings Limited Acted for Celtique Energy on the divestment of a 30% interest in the Wressle oil field to Union Jack Oil, Egdon Resources and Humber Oil and Gas. Cairn Energy plc Acted for Cairn Energy in its acquisition from Azinor Catalyst of a 25% interest in the wider P1763 licence and a 50% interest in the Agar-Plantain well on that licence, as well as its farmout of a 40% non-operated interest in the Chimera prospect, both UKCS. BayWa r.e. Operation Services Limited Acted for German renewable energy developer BayWa r.e. on its acquisition of certain solar O&M businesses. Brookfield Renewable UK Limited Acted for Brookfield Renewable in the sale of Tralorg Wind Farm Limited. Spark Energy Limited Acted on the sale of Spark Energy and its subsidiaries to Ovo Energy Ltd.

Clydesdale Bank Acted for Clydesdale Bank plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of CYBG plc, on its joint venture with fintech platform Salary Finance Limited to provide innovative lending products. BigBlu Broadband plc Acted for BigBlu Broadband on the coordinated, simultaneous acquisition of Sat Internet GmbH (Germany) and subsidiaries, and OpenSky SrL (Italy) to expand its presence and reach into new European markets, coupled with a 12 million share placing and a further 3.25 million working capital facility from HSBC Bank plc.
