MIKE DOWNING, Director, Missouri Department of Economic Development Mike Downing, a Certified Economic Developer, is the Director of the Missouri Department of Economic Development. In this position, Mike collaborates with local and regional economic developers in Missouri to facilitate the expansion and retention of existing businesses, promote international trade, promote Missouri s favorable business climate. PETER NOONAN, Executive Vice President, Commerce Bank Peter Noonan manages Commerce Tax Credit Services, a specialty unit within Commerce Bank, working exclusively with tax credit related transactions.
