1 Lars-Åke Severin PSU (China) Consulting 5 Suggesting re-election as Chairman Chairman Lars-Åke Severin is the founder and CEO for PSU (China) Consulting firm and has been living in Beijing since He is educated at and continuously working with Special Forces and army intelligence since 1980, Swedish Police Academy 1984, working with the Swedish Police and Security Police for a total of 16 years. Mr Severin has had positions as head of operations for the Swedish Royal Family, founder and operational manager for H.R.H the Crown princess of Sweden and worked with operational investigations team against organised crime. During 2000 and 2005, he was founder and CEO for the Security Consultancy firm LOKE analyse in Sweden.

Chairman Lucas Jonsson is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling, and resident partner in Shanghai heading the firm s China practice since Lucas has significant experience in commercial business law, corporate, M&A, cross-border transactions and investments Lucas started his career at Vinge, but has been with Mannheimer Swartling since 2003 and has previously worked in Mannheimer Swartling s offices in Malmö, Stockholm and New York.

Chairman Mr Hedhill started his career at Erik Penser Corporate Finance in 2007 and then joined Handelsbanken Corporate Finance later the same year. In 2011, he took up the role as account manager at Handelsbanken s branch in Shanghai. By the end of 2013, he assumed his current role as Handelsbanken s Represenative in Beijing. Mr Hedhill holds MSc degree from Linköping University and has previously studied at Beijing s Tsinghua University and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Previously, Mr. Karlsson worked seven years at Applied Value, holding various positions in Boston, New York and most recently Shanghai serving as managing director. He has over seven years of experience from a number of industries including Automotive, Health Care, Engineering, Clean Tech and Real Estate. Areas of expertise include business development and strategy, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Asia Market Entry and Market Expansion Strategies.

Talar och skriver flytande på kinesiska Kinesiska var jobbspråket i inre mongoliet när jag utvecklade ett kinesiskt JV via tyskland då JV local management inte kunde engelska. Har jobbat runt om i hela Kina inte bara i de fina städerna som Shanghai eller Peking, jobbat ständigt med olika myndighets organ i diverse provinser.

9 Anna Löfstedt Volvo Cars 1 My name is Anna Löfstedt and I am working as Director and Head of Treasury China for Volvo Cars in Shanghai. I have been living in Shanghai since April 2016 and inherited from a colleague, a seat in the Shanghai Chapter of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in August I see that the Chamber has an important role to be the link between different companies and organisations and create fruitful networks. I would like to bring with me the experience from sitting in the Shanghai Chapter into the mainboard. I see that I could be the voice of the members from Shanghai and contribute to the development of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China.

10 Anders Henningsson Mastec 1 Working and living in Asia for more than 15 years (Close to 5 years in China) and more than 10 years of experience as a Managing Director for different subsidiaries. My more than 10 years of experience as a board member in various roles has given me great insights in corporate governance. I have always had a great interest in sharing my experiences promoting China and Asia to individuals as well as organizations and I have had the opportunity to do so at various occasions and a couple of times it has been together with the Chamber of Commerce. It is always a great opportunity to learn something new myself. My mission statement would therefore be To support Swedish companies and individuals that want to do successful business in China.
