He previously spent 13 years at Kleinwort Benson (latterly Dresdner Kleinwort Benson) where he started his private equity career. Prior to that, Richard spent five years with Coopers and Lybrand where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Richard has a BA in Accountancy and is a fellow of the council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales ( ICAEW ). He is a former vice chairman of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW. Richard is a past chairman of the British Venture Capital Association ( BVCA ) and still represents August Equity on the BVCA s Mid Market Committee. Richard is a regular speaker at private equity events and conferences. Philip joined from JPMorgan s where he was involved in both the European and US private equity markets. Prior to that, Philip spent eight years at 3i where he completed investments across many sectors. Philip regularly speaks at private equity events. Tim joined Kleinwort Benson's Group Finance department in 1989 from Logica plc where he was responsible for group reporting. Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) in Tim has an honours degree in Economics from the University of Kent. 2 Ian Grant T: +44 (0) Ian co-founded August Equity in 2001, having worked with Richard Green since Ian has led investments in the IT and manufacturing sectors and is a member of the Investment Committee. He previously spent 12 years at Kleinwort Benson (latterly Dresdner Kleinwort Benson). Ian joined Kleinwort Benson from Stuart McColl Associates plc, a fast growing design group which supplied graphic, interior and architectural design services, where he was group finance director. Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Babcock International and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. 3 Keith Davidson Investment Director T: +44 (0) Keith joined August Equity in 2006 and has worked on the 4Projects, Accura Support Services, Active Assistance, Enara and Lifeways Community Care investments. Keith joined from the PricewaterhouseCoopers corporate finance team where he had a specific focus on private equity transactions. He advised on a number of mid-market buy-outs providing deal advice to both private equity clients and management teams. Keith qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Andersen in Keith has an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde. David Lonsdale Investment Director david.lonsdale@augustequity.com T: +44 (0) David joined August Equity in 2008 and has worked on the Accura Support Services, Independent Vetcare and Funeral Services ship investments. David joined from BSkyB where he was a corporate finance manager and was involved in several M&A transactions. Prior to that he worked as a business development manager for ITV. David began his career in at KPMG Corporate Finance in the private equity advisory group. David has an honours degree in Management from the University of Nottingham Business School and a Securities Institute Diploma. David is a non executive director of: Independent Vetcare Funeral Services ship Rixonway Anthony Bellau Investment Manager anthony.bellau@augustequity.com T: +44 (0) Anthony joined August Equity in He was formerly at MidOcean s, where he was involved in sourcing and managing investments in Europe. Prior to MidOcean, he worked in the Growth Capital team at 3i Group plc, making minority investments into UK-based fast growing businesses. He has also worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co, and originally qualified as a lawyer with Clifford Chance. Anthony has an honours degree in Law from St. John's College, Cambridge.

4 Mehul Patel Investment Manager T: +44 (0) Mehul joined August Equity in 2009 and has worked on the Active Assistance investment. Prior to joining Mehul was an assistant director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance where he had a specific focus on executing deals and business development in the business services sector. Mehul qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004 and has an honours degree in Economics from the University of London. He previously spent five years at Sovereign Capital where he was responsible for researching and sourcing investments in the healthcare and business services sectors. Prior to that he was research manager at the Sunday Times Fast Track and worked in the strategy department at the Financial Times Group. Rob has an honours degree in Geology from Durham University and a DPhil in Earth Science from Oxford University. Prior to joining Denise worked as a sales and marketing administrator for Design Point Associates. 5 Faisal Latif Financial Controller - LLP faisal.latif@augustequity.com T: +44 (0) Faisal Latif joined August Equity in 2010 and is responsible for the accounting, reporting and financial planning of the management group. Prior to that Faisal worked as a financial controller for Nova Capital Management. He previously held the position of management accountant at Botts & Company. Prior to joining Brenda worked at Kleinwort Benson where she was a personal assistant to a number of directors. She was previously at Hill Samuel Private Equity where she spent 15 years as personal assistant to three directors including the managing director. Gary Webb Financial Controller - Funds gary.webb@augustequity.com T: +44 (0) Gary joined August Equity in 2001 and is responsible for the accounting and reporting of the funds under management. He is also responsible for the IT infrastructure, both strategic and operational, and numerous administrative roles. Prior to joining Gary was the reporting accountant for Kleinwort Benson Development Capital Limited. Gary had previously worked as valuations manager in James Capel C.I. Ltd.
