Fill the school box with 4 sharpened pencils, 1 glue stick, scissors, 1 eraser, crayons, 1 highlighter, 1 dry erase marker and the red pen. The school box and 1 composition book will be kept inside your child s desk. The other composition book will be used for reading class homework. We will provide your child with a JVES pocket take-home folder. Please put the remaining pencils, erasers, glue sticks, highlighter and dry erase markers in a separate name-labeled gallon zipper seal bag. This bag will be kept in the classroom so that your child can access his/her remaining supplies as needed throughout the year. We kindly ask that you review the first grade supply list with your child quarterly, and replace school supplies as needed. when making your back-to-school clothing purchases.*** Have a great summer!

The children will not need markers. These are suggested supplies. If you cannot provide them, please let us know in September.
