1 Kindergarten Supplies List and Staggered Entry Information Dear Parents/Guardians: $40.00 School Supplies and special activities. This includes the purchase of your child s personal keepsake portfolio, special snacks, film developing, DVD souvenir, markers, glue, crayons, scissors, pastels, as well as various art and craft items. Please make your cheque payable to École Julie-Riel. In addition, we request that each family purchase a few more items and label EACH item with a permanent marker. It is important that you bring all of the items and fees at the time of your child s scheduled conference. Transportation Form: Please indicate all the pertinent information regarding your child s transportation (name of babysitter or any person responsible for picking up your child at dismissal time, school bus number for arrival and/or dismissal). 1 pair of slip-on or Velcro running shoes to leave at school. 1 change of clothes in a separate bag to leave at school. 1 reusable water bottle to leave at school. 1 school bag - large and durable. 2 Large boxes of Kleenex Staggered Entry Information: We would like to bring the children together gradually over the subsequent four days. Classes will be divided into 2 groups to make this transition easier for the students. Please note that bus service for Kindergarten students will start on Monday, September 12 th. Group 1 will attend Monday, September 12 th and Wednesday, September 14 th. Group 2 will attend Tuesday, September 13 th and Thursday, September 15 th. The whole class will come together for the first time on Friday, September 16 th. We look forward to meeting with you and your child.
