Distribution Rights It is YOTTOY s policy that any retailer may only sell to end customers and not to other retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or exporters. It is expressly prohibited for any YOTTOY retailer to export YOTTOY products outside of the United States. Auctions Any resale of YOTTOY products on any open auction sites (ebay as an example) without specific written permission of YOTTOY will be in violation of this policy. Marketplace Websites Accounts are not permitted to sell YOTTOY products on Amazon.com, Jet.com, or any other third party selling platform without written authorization from YOTTOY. Retailers who sell on or to these sites without authorization are at risk for account suspension or termination. If you are interested in selling YOTTOY on sites such as Amazon.com, please contact us to apply for authorized seller status. FBA YOTTOY will not create or process FBA labels. Non-Compliance YOTTOY proactively monitors MAP pricing for all of our products. When a violation occurs, the seller will be notified. Advertised prices for YOTTOY must be corrected within 3 calendar days of notification from vendor. If no corrections are made or the seller repeats the offense, future orders will not be processed. Termination YOTTOY MAY, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TERMINATE THE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP AND DISCONTINUE SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS TO ANY RETAILER FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. By signing this document, the retailer hereby agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
