10 about us contact us customer service Business Policies how to order Container Capacity: A container load of salt is 20' long by 8' wide by 8'6 high and can hold a maximum gross weigh of 40,000 pounds. When planning y assortment for container keep in mind that natural salt tea lights range in weight from approximately 1 to 8 pounds and salt lamp range from approximately 4 to 150 pounds, with the most popular weighs between 4 to 20 pounds. So depending on the items you select, the number of lamps is limited by size and weight capacities of the container. A full container is the most efficient and least costly way to import salt lamps as they can be shipped directly from the mines to y warehouse using the most direct means possible. If you require palletizing (an options some of large customer desire, we will use 40' containers that are 40' long, 8' wide, 8'6 high. International shipments Please contact for custom quote. We will also have to make sure that we can supply the appropriate electric element that will work in y country. We will only provide and charge you for the shipping cost. You will be responsible for any incidental costs associated with international shipments including tariffs and customs fees. Timing: It takes from 2~4 weeks to manufacture a typical container load of natural salt lamps, a bit longer for Geometrical and Floral shapes (Please ask for time duration of full container load of Rare shapes). A bit shorter for a container filled with all basic shapes. Timing is also partly dependent on order backlog. We can give you a better idea of the timing of y order when you are ready to place it with company. Shipping: Shipping transit time vary from port to port. It takes longer for partial container loads as they will need to wait for cargo dealing to the same port before they can depart. About 10 days into transit you will receive documentation detailing the shipping line, and specific vessel upon which y container is crossing the seas along with an estimated arrival date. Delivery time to the port nearest y warehouse is dependent on some factors out of control including labor strike, random national security document review once the ship enters y country controlled waters, customs inspections backlogs, and final inspections at the port. Once the container clears customs it takes only a few days to deliver you container anywhere is the country. All orders shipped FOB point of origin and you will be billed for sea shipping, insurance, Customs clearance and inland delivery directly by the providers of these services. We do not profit on this part of the process but will gladly assist you in any and all aspects of these final steps in getting the product delivered to y door. Payment Terms: For first time customer we required 100% advance payment. Letter of credit (LC) option is also available for payment. Consistency: No two natural crystal salt laps or natural salt tea lights will ever be the same. This is their beauty.
