This item can be ordered as a Sample/Supply online. ZZ0417SP (2017 Primavera Y Verano Idea Books) We currently have low inventory on the 2017 Español Primavera Y Verano Idea Books. These catalogs will backorder on the Samply/Supply. The showcases will be receiving one package and second package will backorder and ship out when stock arrives. We expect these to be back in stock Mid-April. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Vintage Candle Holders (CH504,CH507 & CH511) Our most recent shipment did not meet quality standards. We are continuing to work with our supplier to resolve the quality issues. Unfortunately this will further delay availability. We do not expect our next shipment to arrive until May. The item will continue to be on Stop Sell until we receive good stock. All of your customers who have outstanding back orders have been notified by our Customer Care team. Each customer was provided the option to continue to wait until approved inventory arrives, exchange for another item, or to receive a refund. A deadline to respond back to Customer Care was set for Friday, March 31, If we have not heard back from the customer we will issue a back order refund as of Monday, April 3. I Believe Sign (WD553) The catalog image for the I Believe sign, featured on page 19 of the 2017 Annual Idea Book is incorrect. The font that is pictured in the Idea Book is not reflective of our inventory. This item is pictured correctly for customers who are shopping on the Representative s personal web page. 4

5 Showcase Items Available We currently have low inventory on three showcase items, Vintage Lace Runner (LN323RN), LED Candle Ivory, 6" (NT204IV) and Heirloom Embroidered Pillow Cover (PW313). We are reserving stock for Showcases, therefore these items will backorder on Shows. These will be available to order as soon as the next shipment arrives. Thanks for your patience. Baby s Breath Pick Sets, Cream: Foam Bead Care The Baby s Breath Pick Sets, Cream (FM364) & Yellow (FM403) foam beads fall off very easily. To help minimize the beads falling off, we recommend lightly spraying aerosol hairspray over the entire pick. A flexible hold, non-scented aerosol works well. Backorder Update The good news is that you and your customers love the 2017 Idea Book! Many of the new items are selling very well and better than expected. As a result, we are sold out of a few items. We have placed orders to replenish stock as soon as possible! Some orders were placed weeks ago and are already produced and on the way. Others are in line for production when our suppliers return from Chinese New Year (mid-february). Keep in mind that most of our products are handmade and take some time to produce. We are working with our suppliers and expediting these products to receive them as soon as possible. In the meantime, these items will backorder and they will automatically ship when we receive stock. The ETA dates are estimated dates and please keep in mind that these dates can shift based upon production time and many other factors. Please watch your Stock Report for updates. As a reminder, the Stock Report is posted every Friday by 4 pm CT. It is important to handle stock issues proactively and with a positive attitude! Keep in mind that over 90% of the items are available for immediate shipment. We suggest a proactive approach at your events: Everyone is loving this Idea Book! I want to let you know that we are out of a few of the hot new items. The good news is that you can still order them, but it will take longer than usual to get them. Good things are worth the wait! Most items are available for immediate delivery, but if you are purchasing anything for a gift or need it right away, please let me know so I can make sure your items are in stock. For any orders that are urgent, take a note on that order and double check the Stock Report when the order is placed. Thank you, in advance, for your attention to the Stock Report and for handling this proactively, professionally and with a positive attitude! Metalscapes Mirror (WR347) Handle with Care! Representatives interested in showing the Metalscapes Mirror, WR347, as part of their demonstration need to take extra precautions to protect this item as it travels with you from one Show to the next. We recommend keeping the item in the box or original packaging when not in use. It will travel best when laid flat to minimize the stress on the welding. The mirror should not be propped on its side as the weight of this mirror may cause damage to the welding. Note that under normal use by your customers these precautions are not needed. Barrel Mirror Set, Galvanized Tin (WR305) There have been a few reports that the mirror is scratched upon arrival. We have inspected our inventory and the mirror/glass is not scratched. The imperfection is actually a buildup of the cleaning compound used by the manufacturer. This buildup is easily removed using our HomeMagic cleaning product. Using a dime size amount and a clean damp towel gently apply the HomeMagic in a circular motion until it forms a light haze over the entire mirror. With a dry towel using the same circular motion buff the HomeMagic off of the mirror. This will not only remove this compound but it will also form a protective barrier repelling dust and fingerprints longer than traditional cleaning! If your customer isn t already a member of our autoship program for the MagicClean products now would be the perfect time for them to try our entire line! Customer Care upon request will send a sample bottle of HomeMagic out to your customer if they have received this item with a buildup of the compound. Please call Customer Care at (800) ext. 9 LED Cylinder Vases Tall & Short - (Copper, Red & Teal) The LED Cylinder Vases (Copper, Red &Teal) offered in the 2016 Fall/Christmas Idea Book have a decorative silver finish on the inside of the vase. In order to preserve this finish we encourage your customers wanting to use this item to display flowers to only display artificial floral arrangements. The use of the water with the floral food will wear the silver finish from the inside of the vase. GL221TL Short LED Cylinder Vase, Teal (Also found in the 2017 Annual Idea Book) GL235TL Tall LED Cylinder Vase, Teal. (Also found in the 2017 Annual Idea Book) GL221CP Short LED Cylinder Vase, Copper GL235CP Tall LED Cylinder Vase, Copper GL221RD Short LED Cylinder Vase, Red GL235RD Tall LED Cylinder Vase, Red Handle with Care! Button Floral Stem, Blue (FM435) The Button Floral Stem is made from metal and should be handled with care. This item is crafted by hand and the metal flowers and leaves are welded to the stem. Carefully and gently position the leaves and flowers to avoid the delicate weld from breaking. These are beautiful additions to any floral arrangement and will wear well under normal display. However, we do not recommend including this item in your Show Case due to the amount of wear the item will endure traveling with you from Show to Show US Idea Book Correction Page 4 & 5 lists the Showcase retail value incorrectly. The correct value is over $600. Correction stickers are being provided with all orders of the Idea Book. Be sure to use the stickers in all your Idea Books. LED Prints Battery Requirement Please advise the customers that in order for the LED Prints to light up fully and have the best effect, they require new and name brand batteries. This has been determined after thoroughly testing our LED Prints by our Quality Control department. Using off brand batteries or rechargeable batteries may cause the LED Print to only light part of the print or not at all. Some suggestions for name brand batteries are: Energizer Duracell Retired Candles for 2016 Please note that these candles are retired and unavailable for customers after December 31 st, Fundraising Organizations who started their fundraising efforts in December will be allowed to continue to take orders for these scents through June 30, Item CN101MSP CN101OBP CN101TPP CN101RFP Description Candle Tumbler, Mulled Spices Candle Tumbler, Ocean Breeze Candle Tumbler, Tropical Paradise Candle Tumbler, Rain Forest 5
