4 SET The deck of cards in game set contains 81 different cards. The object of the game is to identify a set of three cards from 12 cards laid out on the table. Each card has a variation of the following four features: (A) Border: Each card has white, gray or black border. (B) Symbol: Each card contains circles, squares, or diamonds. (C) Number: Each card has one, two, or three symbols. (D) Shading: Each card is solid, open, or striped. A Set consists of three cards in which each feature is EITHER the same on each card OR is different on each card. That is to say, any feature in the Set of three cards is either common to all three cards or is different on each card. This puzzle contains exactly 10 sets (5 in the example). 7 WORD WORMS Place the words into the grid starting from the cell indicated by arrow. Letters in the shaded cells in every row form some names of famous persons (towns in the example). 9 NOT FOUR IN A ROW A game of four in a row is played between two players. Four in a row means four connected X s or O s horizontally, vertically or diagonally. When a player has four in a row, the play ends. 13 NUMBER PYRAMIDE Fill the empty squares with digits (1 to 7 or 9) in a way that in the bottom row each digit should be represented exactly once. From the second row from the bottom, each digit must be either the sum or the difference of the two digits cab be found immediately below that certain digit. The numbers outside the grid show how many digits must be calculated by addition. 40 points 60 points
