1 Illustrated list of bird species covered by the Draft Migratory Species Action Plan The list shows the species in decreasing order as regards their regularity of occurrence in the ACT. Species at the top of the list are most likely to be recorded in any given year, whereas species lower in the list are less commonly seen. Species towards the bottom of the list are regarded as vagrants or are quite rare visitors to the ACT.
