5 Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 3:00 pm (CT) on Friday, May 27th, No exceptions! Payment Methods: We accept cash, wire/bank transfer and credit cards. Please note that there will be a 3% convenience fee added to credit card purchases.a $15 fee will be added for any wire/bank transfer. Baldini Auction Company, LLC will only accept payment by credit card for invoices of $3,000 or less. Payment for invoices over $3,000 must be made via wire transfer or cash. All purchases must be paid for in the name of the registered bidder. Tennessee State sales tax of 9.75% will be added to the final selling price of each item in this auction. Sales tax will apply to all bidders in the auction, unless bidders have proven their tax exempt status by providing to Baldini Auction Company, LLC a fully executed blanket certificate of resale. Pickup Schedule: Since much of the inventory is stored on/in the warehouse shelving and other display units, pick-up will be as follows: Thursday, May 26th: 1920 Hwy. 46 South, Dickson, Tn. from 10:00 am to 4:00pm for decorator items and loose inventory. Friday, May 27th: 1920 Hwy. 46 South in Dickson, Tn. from 10:00am to 4:00pm for furniture, warehouse shelving and display units. Friday, May 27th: 100 South Mulberry Street in Dickson, Tn. from 10:00am to 2:00pm for furniture lots 150 through 177. We will provide someone onsite to assist you with loading from 10:00am to 12:00 Noon only on this day for furniture at this location. It is crucial that buyers abide by pick-up schedule above. Baldini Auction Company, LLC will not remove inventory from warehouse shelving or display units at the Design Center location on 1920 Hwy. 46 South, nor will anyone other than the buyer of the inventory be allowed to remove the inventory from the shelving and display units on Thursday, May 26th. On Friday, May 27th, Baldini Auction Company, LLC will allow buyer of shelving units/furniture/and display units to remove inventory from said units in order to load their purchases. All items must be picked up by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 27th with absolutely no exceptions as the building has been sold and the new tenant is moving in. Any item(s) remaining after such time will be considered abandoned and Baldini Auction Company, LLC will reserve the right to resell item(s) in another auction. Buyer is responsible for loading their purchased items. Please note we DO NOT have any boxes or packing materials.
