The simple, austere impact of is like that of a basic inexpensive chair type, yet compared to other products in this segment, it boasts a more sophisticated design and is more functional. The standard version weighs only 4.6 kg and provides excellent functionality, making the ideal chair for large halls, cafeterias, company restaurants and various types of communication area. 3 Even the version with arms can be stacked and linked without restriction. The arms are not connected to the backrest, so they do not impede the flexibility of the shell. The plastic sleeves in the arm rest area are pleasantly warm and tactile. The seat shell is available in beech or oak plywood, as well as a laminate finish version. The laminate finish is more resistant, for use in cafeterias and company restaurants, for example. The functions are unobtrusively and logically integrated into the chair. A plastic element above the lengthwise frame acts as a shelf for stacking and is positioned at an incline to ensure automatic centering when the chairs are stacked. The slope of the underlying side piece makes stacking easier to manage and protects the edges of the shells. A row linking option is available if the chairs are to be set up theatre-style. A folding, detachable tablet completes the functional features.
