8 Data Quality-Water Volume Improve the quality of base water volume reporting by issuing a warning if Total Water Volume (gal) exceeds 15 million gallons.

9 Data Quality-Maximum Ingredient Concentration in HF Fluid Currently if the sum of ingredient concentration in HF fluid is not within 3% of a 100% a warning is issued. An additional validation check will issue an error when not within 10% of 100%.

10 RBDMS NATIONALLY RBDMS AND FRACFOCUS CONTAIN MILLIONS OF WELLS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PERMITTING, CONSTRUCTION, PRODUCTION, INJECTION, AND GEOLOGICAL INFORMATION THAT CAN BE ACCESSED THROUGH STATE WEB SITES, WELLFINDER AND THE NATIONAL OIL AND GAS GATEWAY.

11 Program Oversight and Funding For more than 20 years, the GWPC has worked with DOE funding to manage the ongoing development and evolution of RBDMS. State agency support has consistently matched Federal grants with direct funding and in-kind services. In 2013 States supplied over 200k in cash support for RBBMS development, implementation and training. The GWPC and the RBDMS Technical Committee, a users group whose members are drawn from multiple states, oversee ongoing RBDMS development, legacy data conversion and migration, and system setup efforts.

12 RBDMS was developed to aid regulatory agencies in their oil and gas oversight missions. Manage operator and bonding information. Track well locations and construction details. Assess area of review impacts of UIC wells to protect USDWs. Track production and injection activities. Manage permitting. Inventory surface facilities. Schedule hearings. Track inspection, compliance, and enforcement programs and complaint and spill investigations. Generate reports on demand.
