17 Where Cities meet Universities This is in the century of global challenges, of global warming, exploding population of humans, and never-before-seen challenges that require new solutions and global approaches. Science and technology alone cannot answer these challenges; we must gather and combine different aspects of society business, economy, and the arts so that human beings can make better decisions.
