At the same time, an enterprise or an entrepreneur is facing a great challenge. This thesis analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises under the background of economic integration. And it studies the strategy of enterprise management innovation, and introduces the computer aided innovation technology and its application potential. Besides, an application mode of computer aided innovation in enterprise which is accordance with China s current situation is put forward, providing great support to product designers and business managers. Key word: enterprise management innovation principle, computer aided innovation, technology innovation Resumo: Hoje em dia, com o contínuo desenvolvimento da ciência e da tecnologia, o padrão de vida das pessoas aumenta dia a dia. Ao mesmo tempo, uma empresa ou um empresário enfrenta um grande desafio. Esta tese analisa as oportunidades e os desafios enfrentados pelas empresas no contexto da integração econômica. E estuda a estratégia de inovação em gestão empresarial e apresenta a tecnologia de inovação assistida por computador e seu potencial de aplicação. Além disso, é apresentado um modo de aplicação de inovação assistida por computador em uma empresa que está de acordo com a situação atual da China, oferecendo grande apoio aos designers de produtos e aos gerentes de negócios. 2 1. Introduction With the development of market economy and technology, the era of economic globalization is coming. All enterprises in the world are participating in the market competition. The competitiveness of enterprises is reflected in owing the technology and products that have not been owned by others to preemptively occupy the market. The key to win the competition for all enterprises is to develop and successfully put new products into market. The result of technological innovation is the birth of new products. The most important link of product innovation is to produce new concept with market competitiveness and the possibility of realization at design phase. And this process requires the support of knowledge [1]. There are a lot of problems to solve in every phrases of product innovation. Experience can help to solve but not the difficult or innovative ones [2, 3], which become a barrier to product or process innovation. TRIZ is also known as theory of inventive problem solving which can help enterprise research and development personnel to deal with difficult issues, thus removing obstacles. In China, widely usage and promotion of TRIZ has a great significance to improve the market competitiveness and the ability of independent innovation. 2. Brief introduction of TRIZ The core theory and the foundation of computer aided innovation is the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). TRIZ is the initials of the theory of inventive problem solving in Russian. The theory was proposed by Genrich S. Altshuller from the former Soviet Union [4]. Through the analysis and research of the world s nearly 2.5 million patents of invention, the theory of inventive problem solving summarize the patterns and rules of various scientific and technological development as well as the innovative principles to solve scientific and technological contradictions. It establishes a comprehensive theoretical system composed of various algorithms and methods which are used to solve the technical problems. Methods, tools and principles of TRIZ mainly contain the following several types [5, 6]: (1) Laws of technical system evolution; (2) Substance-field analysis & 76 Standard Solutions (3) The matrix of contradictions; (4) Level of invention and 40 inventive principles (5) Ideal final result (IFR); (6) Algorithm of inventive problems solving (ARIZ); (7) The effect of science and technology; (8) Evaluation of invention patents. (1) TRIZ provides a systematic solution to inventive problem, breaks the concept that innovation can only rely on the inspiration, and quantifies and describes human experience in creation and invention, providing a correct way to explore the inventive problem and laying a theoretical foundation for computer aided innovation [7]. TRIZ theoretical system diagram is shown in Figure Computer aided innovation technology 3.1 System Constitution of CAI TRIZ is a complex, but to some extent, comprehensive creation theory [8]. It requires a lot of support of known knowledge including: patent knowledge, scientific principles, technical knowledge, failure cases, successful cases, social knowledge, etc. Therefore, how to find useful knowledge from the vast ocean of knowledge in a limited time? Using manpower only means to look for a needle in a haystack. And the increasingly rapid pace of renewal of knowledge makes the human brain unable effectively being the processing centre and the memory carrier of massive knowledge. In this case, computer aided innovation technology based on TRIZ was born. In 1990, a student of Genrich S. Altshuller firstly developed two computerized products based TRIZ [9]: Invention Machine Lab (which includes the principle the effect and the evolutionary trend of TRIZ) and Tech Optimizer [10]. After the disintegration of the former Soviet Union, TRIZ masters gradually migrated to Europe and the United States. TRIZ theory has been applied and spread worldwide. And more and more organizations have participated in the development of innovative software based on TRIZ theory. Because of scholars efforts for more than ten years, computer aided innovation software based on TRIZ has been developed from the initial computerized TRIZ tool to a relatively perfect CAI system which takes TRIZ theory as the core, and integrates multi domain scientific knowledge, computer technology and modern innovative methods into one unit. With adding of axiomatic design (AD), quality function deployment (QFD), and many other modern innovative theories and the development of computer technology, CAI technology will be further developed into intelligence. The system constitution of CAI technology is shown in Figure Main Functions of CAI CAI technology can help enterprises reduce the cost of product development, improve the efficiency of developing and innovating product, and raise the speed of putting new products into market. At the same time, CAI can effectively manage and accumulate the intellectual assets for enterprises to achieve the integration of knowledge management, sharing and accumulation, and further improve the core competitive knowledge of the enterprise. 4. CAI implementation model in enterprises For CAI implementation model in enterprise, this paper takes the aviation enterprise as an example to carry on the explanation. 4 Based on the reality of the aviation enterprise, this paper puts forward the innovative talents cultivation, product innovation and enterprise innovation knowledge management for aviation enterprise. 4.1 Computer Aided Management System Figure 3 is the working process for establishing a computer aided management system. First of all, according to the procedures of the enterprise s various works, the relationship between businesses, the current management system, as well as the collecting and using process of various data, draw the business process and management system structure figure. Then analyze the existing system, and adjust the current work process reasonably according to the characteristics of computer management, so that system design, programming and debugging, and system debugging can be carried out. Therefore, the computer aided management system should be established in the basis of a complete and accurate raw data, scientific management procedure and method, perfect rules and regulations, perfect management system, and stable and coordinating working order. 4.2 Innovative Talents Cultivation for Aviation Enterprise First of all, the aviation enterprise should cultivate and stabilize innovative talents and build a high level of research and develop team starting from improving innovation management system, achieving effective technology accumulation, and raising the speed of cultivating their own technological innovation ability. There are mainly following measures: (1) Set up people-oriented awareness and establish efficient and reasonable talents incentive mechanism which is accordance with market economy. At the same time, cultivate enterprise employees who have team spirit and innovative spirit. (2) Create a platform of the innovative theory and methodology for training aviation enterprise staff (especially the new employees, designers and technicians). Break the thinking mode of the training staff, so that they can analysis and solve problems with creatively thinking. (3) Set innovation quality and ability as a basic standard for the evaluation and assessment of technical titles of aviation enterprises. (4) In the aviation enterprise, build management platform of intellectual property of the enterprise, and improve the speed of sharing and transferring experience and knowledge innovation to completely solve the problems such as intellectual property losing because of talents flowing and old and new employees transferring. (5) Establishment technological innovation system which takes the enterprise technology center as the core. Provide material and human resources from the institution to promote enterprise culture and management system with innovative technology, and realize the unity of team innovation and individual innovation. 4.3 Product and Process Innovation of Aviation Enterprise Taking the aviation enterprise as the researching background, this paper combines with six sigma (6σ) methods, tools, ideas and products full life management (PLM) inside the enterprise with the enterprise informationalization construction and uses computer aided innovation tools and methods to solve technical problems in model development and key technology pre research. It reduces developing costs, improves product quality, improves customer satisfaction and shortens the development cycle, to implement the technological innovation of enterprises in practice. The commercialization of products with changed technology is known as product innovation. And the change of product in production technology, such as new organization management mode and new equipment and new technology is called technological innovation, also known as process innovation. 5 widely existing problem is that the lack of coordination of product innovation and process innovation. Often more emphasis is put on product innovation, which hinders the improvement of enterprise productivity. Enterprise capacity and technology development are mainly dependent on the process situation of the enterprise and backward technology level has gradually widened the gap between domestic technology level and foreign advanced technology level. This problem is also very serious in the domestic aviation enterprises. Considering from a macro perspective, there are a lot of research and innovation strategies of aviation enterprise technology innovation, but it lacks of the theoretical methods and tools to guide enterprise process innovation and product innovation. This paper proposes a theoretical framework for supporting enterprise technological innovation and product innovation based on computer aided innovation technology. Figure 4 is the combination of the whole machine digital design and manufacturing technology, product lifecycle management and the implementation of Six Sigma in the aviation enterprise and application of computer aided innovation methods and theories into the aviation product life cycle to effectively guide the process innovation and product innovation. 4.4 Innovation Knowledge Management of Aviation Enterprise Innovation knowledge management runs through all stages of aviation enterprise technological innovation process: process innovation, product innovation and research and development decision, intellectual property management and patent strategy. First, the enterprise, according to market demand and its own technological advantages, determines the direction of technology development, so as to determine the investment direction of research and development funds with the goal of maximizing the value of existing intellectual assets; secondly, through the full mobilization of resources inside and outside the enterprise, break trough the existing technology during development process; finally, the enterprise s own intellectual property is made up of technological achievements. Through the effective use and management of intellectual property rights, ensure the exclusiveness of enterprise technology so as to get more profits. Aviation products are undergoing a change from traditional design to predictive design. And the development cycle of engine and aircraft will be shortened from the past years to the current 4-5 years. And the ability of obtaining new knowledge and the degree of reusing known knowledge and data are the key to achieve predictive design. China aviation enterprises implements innovation knowledge management, uses advanced computer aided innovation tools and methods, integrates other management, simulation, manufacturing and design software to systematically digest and absorb the advanced technology of the engine and aircraft introduced from abroad in recent years. And it has made up the pre research foundation seriously which will be an important way to independent innovation for China aviation model development. 5. Conclusion With the help of scientific knowledge and computer technology, CAI software which takes TRIZ and other innovation theory as the core has provided effective and scientific tools for innovation. Application of CAI technology has been helpful to enhance the innovation ability of the enterprise. In order to enhance the technological innovation ability of enterprises in China, CAI technology as well as TRIZ and other innovative theory should be widely applied and vigorously promoted.
