1 Sensor Technology and Industry Development Trend in China and Betterment Approaches Abstract Zhengqing Li University of Sanya, Sanya , China Sensor technology is one of the most rapidly developing new technologies in the world. It is also one of the most important symbols of the development of science and technology in China. Sensor technology, together with computer technology and communication technology are the main pillars of the information industry. In related industries, sensor technology has the functions of information collection, processing and communication, and has become an indispensable technology in the automotive, medical, electronics and other industries. However, in the process of development of sensor technology and the corresponding industry in China, problems such as large fluctuation of monitoring data, single function and lack of relevant standards gradually appear, which are not conducive to the development of sensor technology and industry. Based on this, in this paper, the author first analyzes the development trend of China's sensor technology and industry, and then studies the existing problems of China's sensor technology and industry, and puts forward corresponding betterment approaches in order to promote the sound and healthy development of China's sensor industry. BACKGROUND 1.1 Literature review After a certain period of development, the development of sensor technology can be divided into 3 stages of development. Combining with the development status quo of sensor technology in China, its development trend can be explored and the corresponding development approaches can be given to improve the development efficiency of sensor industry (Li and Chen, 2003). Combining with the related technologies and new products exhibited in exhibitions in the United States, Japan and Europe in recent years, and with reference to the current status of some enterprises in the international market, and the development of core technologies in enterprises, it is known that the sensor technology has great potential for development (Liu, 2005). As one of the top technologies of modern science and technology, sensor technology has gradually become one of the pillars of the development of modern information technology. Its level of development directly affects the development of science and technology level. Since the reform and opening up, sensor technology has achieved rapid development. In the related fields, it has acquired a certain industrial basis and made outstanding contributions to the improvement of the national economy (Fan et al., 2004). In recent years, China's sensor industry has maintained a sustained growth trend and has been widely used in automotive, the Internet, smart industries and other fields. Analyzing the development status quo of sensor industry from the application and technology level respectively, we can research and discover the development trend of the sensor industry and provide a theoretical reference for relevant scholars (Wang, 2014). By summarizing the development trend of the sensor industry in the future and following up the development of the industry in time, analyzing its key application fields and sorting out related problems existing in the application process, we can put forward upgrading strategies in the aspects of industrialization application promotion, technology R&D and technological breakthrough and the coordinated development of sensor industry chain, so as to promote the good development of the sensor industry (Shuo and Huang, 2017). 1.2 Research objectives At this stage, with the continuous emergence of information technology, China's sensor industry gradually shows some problems in the development process, which is not conducive to the development of relevant industries. By analyzing the status quo of sensor industry and its existing problems, and comparing with the development of 353

2 international industry, we can point out the development trend of sensor industry in recent years (Shang et al., 2013). Sensor technology is one of the most prominent development industries in the world. It is also one of the major symbols of the scientific development and progress in China. Sensor technology, together with computer technology and communication technology are the main pillars of China's information industry in the 21 st century. If the computer is compared to the human brain, sensor technology can be called an extension of the five sense organs of human, so the development of sensors has drawn close attention of people from all walks of life (Cheng and Bu, 2008). In related fields, sensor technology is mainly used for information collection, processing and dissemination. It has gradually become the key to the development of some high-tech industries. Some industries even include sensors as one of the most concerned technologies after 2010 (Gao, 2000). Currently, the development and layout of China's sensor industry has basically taken shape. However, it still lagged behind foreign countries in terms of technology, level and new product research for 10 years. Therefore, in the context of the issue of the Action Plan of Accelerating the Development of Sensor and Intelligent Instrumentation Industry, we should accelerate the development of sensor industry (Xu et al., 2013). The Internet of Things technology has gradually become a new type of development industry. How to seize this opportunity to break through the bottlenecks in the development of related industries in the Internet of Things has become an urgent problem to be solved in related industries. Sensor technology has an important strategic significance in the Internet of Things. The problems in its development and corresponding strategies are proposed, which play an important role in promoting the development of Internet of Things (Ding and Ni, 2013). Therefore, in this paper, the author studies China's sensor technology and industry trends and the betterment approaches, which is of great significance. 2. SENSOR TECHNOLOGY AND INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT TREND IN CHINA In recent years, with the development of computer technology and the improvement of microelectronic technology, the multi-functional sensing technology has been continuously promoted so that it can rapidly perform related functions such as data acquisition, processing and wireless communication in various fields. Wireless sensor technology is mainly dominated by the wireless sensor, which is mainly composed of many micro-contactors and sensors to form a self-organized network through the form of wireless communications, mainly for data acquisition and processing in a certain are and the data collected and processed can also be transmitted to the researchers in time to make significant contributions to related fields. If the advent of wireless networks has changed the way most people communicate, then the advent of wireless sensing technology has brought about the integration of the physical world and the information world and changed the connection between mankind and the nature. People can use wireless sensing technology to perceive different areas, which has a great influence on their cognitive world. The overall network layout is as shown in Figure 1. Figure 1. Sensor Architecture As can be seen from Figure 1, the wireless sensor in wireless sensor technology includes many sensor nodes, but the aggregation nodes are relatively few. In the sensor, there will be one or more detection area monitoring the instrument and equipment and data collected in real time. Whilethe network sensor node is mainly responsible for collecting the data of the corresponding area. The collected data are collected and processed in the sink node area, and finally enter the monitoring area to be monitored. The monitoring information can be registered as shown in Table 1. The whole process is called sensor technology. At current stage, as the research of the technology has been gradually deepened, the application of sensor technology has also increased greatly. For example, the fire department uses this technology to prevent forest fires. By placing multiple sensors into corresponding forest areas, the nodes of each sensor are responsible for monitoring a small part of the forest area. Once the temperature in the monitored area rises, the information is perceived and the data are collected by the sensor in time. When a certain amount of data is collected, the data will be collected in the aggregation point and finally transmitted to the monitoring area. The entire monitoring process can be achieved in a very short period of time, effectively preventing the spread of forest fire sources, which also makes the sensor technology widely used in the fire department. The realization of sensor technology requires the collection and calculation of a variety of data. In this process, complicated data fusion technologies are included. Therefore, in the development process of sensor technology and industry, it cannot do without the data fusion algorithm. In the sensor technology and industry, according to their different relations with data application, data can be divided into two categories: lossy data and lossless data. As for the lossy data, in the wireless sensor industry, the relevant personnel will delete or ignore directly some of the key information of the sensor in order to achieve the effect of saving storage space, which greatly reduces the quality of data collected by wireless sensor technology and causes it difficult for relevant personnel in the data monitoring to conduct a comprehensive data control and it is not conducive to the good development of the industry. On the contrary, as for lossless data, in the data monitoring, in order to achieve the monitoring effect, the relevant technical staff will retain and deal with all the data but simply remove some of the redundant parts. In addition, in the data processing, the data will be automatically packed and grouped so that the data collected by the sensor will not be affected at any rate, which greatly improves the accuracy of data and effectively improves the development efficiency of the wireless sensor technology industry. Currently, the calculation methods of wireless sensor technology and data fusion are mainly divided into recursive estimation data fusion algorithm, adaptive weighted data fusion algorithm and arithmetic average data fusion algorithm. But no matter what kind of algorithm, they all marks that China's sensor technology and industry have entered an era of integration of mathematics and physics. Some colleges / universities have set up a special sensor laboratory mainly for the development of the technology. So far, some R&D achievements have played a very important role in the fields of automotive, household appliances, education and teaching and medical equipment, and have played a crucial role in related work. It can be seen that China's wireless sensor technology and industry have a broad prospect for development. 355

PROBLEMS IN CHINA'S SENSOR TECHNOLOGY AND INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT AND BETTERMENT APPROACHES 3.1 Problems in China's sensor technology and industry Based on the above-mentioned monitoring process of wireless sensor technology, we assume that 10, 50 and 100 nodes are used for the experiment. The monitoring temperature is mainly about 26 C. In order to improve the accuracy of the experiment, two sets of data are mainly monitored, and the specific monitoring data are shown in Table 2. Ambient noise ratio / db The first experiment The second experiment Table 2 Summary of Monitoring Data Monitoring data According to Table 2, we can see, from the micro level, there are still data monitoring fluctuations, data monitoring instability and so on in China's sensor technology. For example, from the monitoring data of the first and second experiment, the data of each monitoring fluctuate. Under normal circumstances, when data fluctuations are 0.3 or so, it can be deemed that the data monitoring is relatively stable, and in the course of experiment, we found that data fluctuations are beyond the normal range of fluctuations. Thus, based on the analysis of sensor technology from the micro level, it shows that there are still data monitoring instability and other issues in China's wireless sensor technology, which is not conducive to the relevant industries on the overall control of data. As far as the macro sensor industry is concerned, China's sensor industry at present is still an area of strong monotony. Most of its technologies and functions are biased towards physical performance. In the future, the multi-functional, intelligent and digital development model will inevitably become the major development trend of related industries. However, the problems existing in the development of sensor industry are largely unfavorable to the long-term development of the industry. And, driven by different industries, different industries need to gradually develop toward standardization, and the sensor industry lacks an effective standard to constrain it, which also makes the industry in different areas with mixed development trend, which is not conducive to the sound and healthy development of the industry. 3.2 Betterment approaches Through the above simple analysis of the problems of China's sensor technology and industry existing in the development process, it is found that there are still problems of poor data stability, single industrial function and the lack of related standards, etc., which is not conducive to the development of technology and industry. Based on this, in this paper, the author presents the following betterment approaches. Firstly, establish an industry alliance and increase research and development of sensor technology. Relevant industries should conduct in-depth research on sensor technology, choose suitable industry institutions, reach cooperation and establish an industrial alliance. For example, some universities and colleges, trade associations, research institutes and cooperative enterprises can be taken into consideration to establish a coalition of organizations specialized in sensor technology and industry mainly for the research and development of this technology. And by introducing advanced foreign technology, we can apply a variety of technologies to the sensor industry, and promote the development of the industry to function diversification. Secondly, create sensor industrial parks. At present, there are still some phenomena such as data instability in China's sensor technology, which require a large number of experiments to analyze the operating environment and operation incentives. Therefore, the relevant authorities should establish sensor industrial parks on the basis of site visits and carry out a large number of sensor monitoring experiments through data integration, mergers and acquisitions and industrial agglomeration, and organize specialized personnel to carry out data research so as to identify key problem, carry out targeted commissioning and improve the stability of monitoring data. Thirdly, introduce relevant industry 356

Relevant governments should set up a sensor committee according to the status quo of the sensor industry and the existing problems, and study the corresponding technologies, formulate and promulgate relevant sensor standards to regulate the whole operation mode of the industry to gradually develop towards the standardized and normative direction. 4. CONCLUSIONS In summary, the author analyzes the development trend of China's sensor technology and industry, studies the problems thereof, and then puts forward the corresponding ways to improve it, which has great application value in intelligent machines, automotive manufacturing and other fields, effectively solves the problems in the field of data collection and monitoring process and greatly improves data monitoring efficiency. China's sensor technology has great prospects for development, and the author believes that in the near future, the sensor industry will be widely used in related fields.
