Hanover, MD 21078 How often do I receive payments for work successfully completed? Convergence has a faster payment policy then most companies in the field services industry. To receive payment, ensure you have: 1. Completed the assignment before the end date 2. Reported the work in your Portal 3. Made a copy of your forms for your records 4. Mailed the originals to Convergence Marketing Currently, we issue merchandiser payments each week. Paperwork must be mailed to Convergence Marketing by the Friday following the end of the week in which the work was completed. Pay will be direct deposited the following Friday after paperwork has been received. (This means you will receive payment two weeks after you have completed the work.) Remember you must complete all aspects of the assignment in order to be paid. This includes: proper sign-up, completing the job on time and with quality, reporting the results fully and completing within timeframe specified in your instructions. You can review your past work history in the Merchandiser Portal under the Past Work tab. That screen displays the shifts you have completed and reported, indicates what paperwork has been received and processed by payroll, and what date you can expect payment for your services. Why do I have to mail in paperwork after I report my results on the web portal? Your original store report form with the store stamp and manager's signature serves as proof that the work was completed. Our clients require us to submit these for us to receive payment. We cannot bill or get paid from our clients without it.
What is a Re-Cap and Payment Form? The re-cap and payment form is what Convergence uses to provide proof to our clients that merchandisers visited stores and completed the work assigned. You should always review the information on the form with a store manager and get their signature prior to leaving the store. The information from this form is what will be collected on line as your report your work. After reporting online, you will be assigned a payment authorization (PA) number. When returning your forms, always mail them to the Payroll Department and always include your name, MCID number, the store number that you worked in, and the PA number.
