After vocational training as Business Administration Manager, she spent three years at Hoechst AG in Frankfurt as a Country Consultant. In addition to working, she studied Economic Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz. She received her degree in law at the University of Frankfurt. She joined Luther (or its respective predecessor) in 2000.
