the Basics Keep the body, Change the skin. re!nventing stand building systems
the Basics Introduction The original aluminium frame system with big holes is the ultimate tool for the modern stand builder. The patented b62 frame system offers the best of both worlds: the endless possibilities of customisation, combined with the benefits of a modular, reusable system. 2
USP's The original frame with big holes bematrix frame systems enable you to create and build innovative stands without any special tools or technical equipment. The original frame system since 1993. The bematrix frame system is mounted far more quickly than a traditional profile system. Our frames are ecological and are seldom powder-coated or anodised. This makes them 100% recyclable with no loss of quality. It is also extremely lightweight and can be built without special tools. The big holes mean you can connect the frames to each other very easily and in every direction. The 62 mm matrix delivers the ultimate in modularity, with an endless number of configuration possibilities. Panels, textile or light walls are placed at the front, i.e. not in between the structural elements. This makes the system virtually invisible. Keep the body, change the skin : the frames can be reused endlessly, while the use of thin panels (3 mm) or textile reduces material usage to a minimum. 3

Standard All of the dimensions of the b62 frame system are based on the perfect Frames matrix of 62 62 mm. The width, length and height of the stands using these frames are designed and built in multiples of 62. It doesn t matter how complex the design is, the finished result is always stunning and distinctive for its pure lines. The b62 frames are able to accommodate panels, textile and just about anything else that will make your stand attractive and effective. 6
Standard The more slender b55 frame system does not have the 62 x 62 matrix, Frames but is also to handle panels and textile. Moreover it can be combined seamlessly with the 55 mm DMK frame. The DMK frame was the very first frame type produced by bematrix. This frame is light and has short flanges, making it particularly strong. For the bematrix profile brochure, click here. b62 The perfect matrix on which the bematrix b62 system is based means that the dimensions and combinations always fit exactly, both on the design drawings and in reality. The designer can work in total freedom. Sharp and rounded corners, angled and sloping walls, indentations or T-joints, arches and curves - everything is possible. And because we also combine lighting, furniture and displays with the b62 profiles, this system gives you the complete look and feel you want. b55 You can also use panels and textile in the profiles of the b55 system. The whole frame system is light and easy to combine with the original DMK profiles. bematrix continues to invest in updating and expanding its product range. This investment further extends the service life of your investments and fits with our philosophy of sustainability, service and reliability. DMK It all began in 1993 with the revolutionary DMK frame. DMK is only suitable for panels and hence is ideal for general stands, as well as for walls without textile and for glass or acrylic glass structures. 7

Infills General The bematrix system is made up of 2 main components: First of all, there is the frame, which we call the body. Then there s the infill, which we call the skin. The skin is what covers the structure and is the only component that changes frequently. You can work with textile, PVC panels, Dibond, wood, acrylic glass, glass, false walls and much more. The possibilities are endless, depending on your creativity. 12
Infills Panels & Textile Infills can be printed, have vinyl attached on them, be painted, have wall hangings, be spotlit, etc. Anything that will attract the attention of passersby and communicate quickly and effectively with them. The most common infills used in bematrix frames are panels & textile. Panels Panels are attached with hook and loop tape. The most frequently used types of panels are: Dibond Forex bematrix Panelskin For the technical leaflet on how to put panels in a frame, click here. Textile Textile infills are attached using a silicone strip. bematrix has developed a special tool for snipping the silicon strips so they run uninterruptedly over the aluminium flanges: the T-REX.
