Handcrafts & Photography Classes 2016 Committee: Chairperson: Carolyn Hudson Committee Members: John Broussard General Rules for Exhibitors: Please read carefully 1. Entry forms can be dropped off at the Exhibition office at the Antigonish Arena on the Saturday or Monday of Exhibition week. Exhibitor numbers and tags are to be picked up at this time. 2. Exhibits will be accepted from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday of Exhibition week, in order to be judged before opening day. Entries must remain intact until 6:00 pm Sunday. 3. Each exhibitor will be allowed two entries in each section. This must be the work of the exhibitor completed with the last two or three years and not exhibited at ENSE before. 4. Prizes are as follows: 1 st - $5.00 2 nd - $4.00 3 rd - $3.00 4 th - $2.00 5. All possible care of entries will be taken but the Eastern Nova Scotia Exhibition cannot be responsible for loss, and or damage of items while in storage or on display at the Exhibition. 6. Exhibitors are required to volunteer 2 hours to sit with handcraft and food display. The sign-up sheet will be available on Monday night.
