James s experience as an audit partner is very important in his role as chairman of the audit committee. As Head of Private Wealth at Saffery Champness he has many years experience in the UK strategic land market and brings that experience to board decision making generally but more especially to Hallam Land Management Limited. Most recently, Peter was Chief Executive of a central government sponsored Urban Development Corporation until its statutory closure in 2014.
