THE MANAGEMENT REPORT Welcome to the Practice Pipeline Management Report. With this easy-to-use tool, you can analyze, edit and export the progress statistics of your whole firm, down to the individual user. Click your unique link to view your firm s Management Report. You must be logged in to Practice Pipeline for the link to work. This graph shows the overall progress of your firm over time. The daily Pipeline Scores of your entire firm are displayed as a series of white dots along a dotted line, with each dot representing the score for a given day. You can change the displayed time span by selecting a date range. This is the list of Groups within your firm. Click a row to examine it further. Page 2 of 10
WORKING WITH GROUPS Clicking on a Group s row will select it. The Group s progress then appears as a series of black dots on the graph. It s an easy way to compare a Group s progress to the rest of the firm s. You can also view a pie chart overview of the tile status of the group. It gives you an at-a-glance readout of your group s proactivity. To view the selected Group in more detail, click View Group Report. Page 3 of 10
THE GROUP REPORT Viewing the Group Report shows all the members within the group and their statistics. In the group report Clicking a group s row will show its Insights Panel. The Insights Panel displays statistics on its most active and successful members: Most Proactive is the person with the highest Pipeline Score. Strongest Closer is the person with the most completed Tiles. Greatest Potential is the person with the most High Value Tiles. Practice Pipeline Management Report Quick Start Page 4 of 10
THE INSIGHTS PANEL The Insights panel also lets you examine overlapping prospects. Click Overlapping Prospects to identify cross-selling opportunities or potential conflicts. Practice Pipeline Management Report Quick Start Page 5 of 10
WORKING WITH USERS Click on a user s name to compare their progress to the firm s on the graph. The user s current Pipeline Score is shown next to their name. Each user s close rate, prospect value breakdown, completed objectives and revenue are shown. Selecting a user will display their Tile status breakdown and prospect/referral/client ratio. Click on Edit Tiles to view a user s Pipeline. This will allow you to view and modify their Tiles. Practice Pipeline Management Report Quick Start Page 6 of 10
THE PIPELINE This is the user s Pipeline. As the manager, you can view sort, filter, edit and create users Tiles. A Tile is used to track progress on a client, prospect or referral source. Tiles that are due more than a week in the future are green. Tiles that are due within a week are shown in yellow, and past-due tiles are shown in red. Click the Gear to show or hide filter controls. You can sort, filter and view deleted or completed Tiles. This gauge shows the individual s current Pipeline score versus the rest of the firm. The + button launches the creation of a new Tile. CREATING A TILE Click the + button in the user dashboard to create a new Tile. It will launch the tile Creation window. Enter the type of contact: client, prospect or referral source. Then, enter your contact s company and name. Describe your objective and its value to your firm. Perhaps it s closing a deal or gaining a referral. Next, add the first step you plan to take. Select a due date, and enter any notes. All fields are mandatory except for the optional notes field. Once complete, click Save to save your Tile. It will be added to your Pipeline. COMPLETING STEPS ON TILES When you are ready to take the next step toward your objective, Click Take the Next Step. Enter your next step and the date you plan to complete it. Perhaps the step is taking a client to lunch or following up on a call. Then, click Save to save your changes. Practice Pipeline Management Report Quick Start Page 9 of 10
EDITING A TILE Click any Tile to examine it. It will expand to show more information, such as its goal value, due date and any notes on the tile. Click the menu icon to edit the tile, mark it as completed, or delete it. Click Complete This Objective to mark a tile as complete. Enter the amount of revenue that resulted from completing the objective, or if the revenue was intangible, check that option. To pursue another objective with the same prospect, check the pursue another objective box. It will prompt the creation of a new tile and objective.
