Youth Entries Youth wishing to enter in the floral hall building must be aware that they will be judged side by side with more experienced exhibitors. So it is suggested that they enter in the youth and 4-h building. RULES FOR PARTICIPATION

1. Registration for all categories is open to all Amateur crafts persons (Amateur- makes less than 30% of their annual household income from their crafts), Except for judges within the same category. 2. All exhibits must be make, grown or crafted by the exhibitor. 3. All articles must be clean, finished, and properly tagged, and registered 4. A completed current year Official Entry Form must be summited with entry fee of $1.00 per entry. 5. Withdrawals before 4:00 on Sunday without prior arrangement, will forfeit total premiums 6. All Items must be picked up and removed by 6:00pm, unless previous arrangements have been made with officials. 7. Fresh Flowers may be entered between 8:00am & 10:45am on Wednesday morning (please use gate at end of floral hall or Roaring Brook Road) 8. Exhibit will open at 1:00 PM Wednesday 9. Articles FOR JUDGING and FOR SALE Must adhere to specific rules for registering. NO more than 8 articles for sale per exhibitor. Including judged items. Rules are on the registration form 10. For Sale Only items will be displayed in the store area and will not be judged. Be sure to fill out for sale only registrations form for these items. 11. Drop Off & Registration Monday 11 Am 7Pm and Tuesday 9Am 5Pm 12. Judging Times- all entries besides flowers starts at 8:00 Am Wednesday. And for flowers Judging starts at 11 Am on same day. 13. Three items in a class does not guarantee a blue 1st, red 2nd, and white 3rd level of premium quality. Top prizes can be red or white ribbon. All Items are judged on their own merit and not in comparison of one item to another. NURSING HOME RULES FOR PARTICIPATION 1. Each participant should be assigned a number. That number will be displayed on each item made by participant. 2. Each group of like items should be assigned a name to describe that project. (Examples dream catcher or winter landscape). 3. One first, second, and third place ribbon will be awarded for each named project presented by the group. 4. All participants will receive a participation ribbon along with place ribbons they may be awarded. 5. Premiums- rates will be $3, $2, and $1, for first third. A lump sum will be paid to your group arts &crafts supply fund.
