DESCRIPTION SCREEN Woodcore panels, machined and grooved to join together and achieve the straight and curved shapes of the cubicle. Windows open inside the panels which are filled with soundabsorbing material to prevent reverberation and create a comfortable environment inside the module. Plinth at bottom: Assembly consisting of a formed 3-mm thick metal flat bar and a steel flat bar in the shape of the base of the module. SEATS Metal frame consisting of profile and plate on which the rubber foam is fitted. The sides and rear of the seats are screwed to the screens. Rubber foam with a thickness of 90 mm and a double density of 35 kg/m 3 on which the fabric is fitted. BACKRESTS The backrests are made of a flexible MDF base with foam and fabric which conforms to the shape of the module. TABLE 735 1 3 4 OPTIONAL FEATURES 2 1. Cylindrical leg. 2. Tapered leg. 3. STRUCTURE Tapered leg of variable thickness and section. Made of 1.5 mm-thick cylindrical tubing with a diameter of 54 mm which tapers in to a diameter of 20 mm. There is a 67º angle 115 mm before the leg reaches the floor, giving it its distinctive shape. The leg ends in a leveller which can be adjusted by 20 mm. Cylindrical metal leg made of 3 mm-thick tubing with a diameter of 70 mm, as per DIN2394 ST44, with a welded plate to screw to table top. The fastening points of both legs are identical, meaning that they are interchangeable. The entire structure is degreased, washed and phosphated before being coated with epoxy powder and then polymerised. The powder coating complies with the current reaction to fire standard UNE 23827-90. TABLE TOP 25-mm thick chipboard bonded with synthetic resins and especially designed for applications that require high bending strength. Average density: 6/635 kg/m 3 as per EN 323. Laminated finish. 2-mm thick PVC edge as per UNE 56.843:01. Or finished on the outer face with 0.8-mm thick HPL as per indications of UNE 53173-92 with a balancing sheet (BM80) on the reverse. PVC edging as described above. Or finished in wood treated with water-based varnish, with 2 mm-thick wood edging. 3
