Priority Switch Settings: The Channel Vision Amplifier has 3 switches to set priority of sources. Default position of these switches will be all DOWN. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Power 0 Using the A0361 Behind a TV or as a Stand Alone System The A0361 can be mounted behind a wall-mounted TV to power in-wall speakers. By connecting the Optical audio outputs from the TV to the Optical inputs of the A0361, the TV s audio signal will be amplified to the in-wall speakers. If the TV has variable audio outputs, the sound level will simply be controlled by the TV s volume buttons. If the TV only offers a fixed audio output, A0361 volume level can be adjusted by connecting an A0127 keypad and using a compatible remote such as model A0505. ume can also be controlled using the Aria Audio App. The sub-woofer output on A0361 can be connected to a powered sub-woofer to add more bass to your audio system. C HANNEL V ISION TM Power 0 Using the A0361 with a CAT5 Audio Hub - Alternate Setup The A0361 can accept the signal from one Channel Vision s CAT5 Audio Hubs, such as the P-2044. An A0125 keypad can be wired in the CAT5 line along with other input modules to accommodate a more traditional CAT5 Audio wiring scheme. Stripping and Connecting CAT5 Wire CAT5 cable should be stripped with a proper stripping tool, such as Channel Vision s J-110 tool. 1. Place the CAT5 between the blade and the first notch of the J-110 tool. CAT5 Blade 2. Rotate the tool only once. Multiple turns could damage the inner wires. 3. Inspect the inner wires for damage. If any wires are cut start over at step 1. Using the Aria Audio App to control A0361 Step 1: Go to bluetooth settings in your phone and connect to Aria Step 2: Open Aria Audio app and click on green Bluetooth icon Step 3: Select Aria. Once connected, the app will show something similar to the screen on right. Step 4: Tap on Bluetooth Amplifiers Step 5: User may now use the seek bar to control volume of A0361. If priority switch setting is all UP, user can select source using the buttons provided. Note: To stream music over Bluetooth on A0361, just do Step 1 and open your favorite music app to play music. 10
Changing Settings/Name of Bluetooth using Aria Audio App Step 1: Go to bluetooth settings in your phone and connect to Aria Step 2: Open Aria Audio app and click on green Bluetooth icon Step 3: Select Aria. Step 4: Tap on Settings. User may change any settings from this page. For Bluetooth name proceed to step 5. Step 5: Select Bluetooth Name and enter a new name(different from the one previously entered) and hit OK Step 6: The app will show a message as Bluetooth device must be reset on android devices and will show an OK on iphone. Now click Reset Note: If it does not show the respective messages, enter a different name. 11
