FENCE POLICY Each Lt Must Submit a Plan fr Apprval A fencing detail must be selected frm the standard allwable designs apprved by the ARC (See Attachment D.) a) All fencing must be cnstructed f black aluminum r wrught irn with clumns using the same materials fund in the architecture f the residence. b) Clumns/Piers must be a minimum f 16 square; brick at 8 lng. Clumns/piers must have caps. T prevent a mass f clumns in ne given area, surrunding neighbrs may attach t yur crner and side yard clumns. c) N chain link r welded wire fencing will be permitted. d) The maximum height f the fence is t be 6 feet. e) Glf curse lts must seek written apprval f the glf curse management. f) Alleys shuld nt be created between tw fences. Fences must tie in t existing adjacent fencing alng cmmn prperty lines. g) All fence lcatins and styles must be apprved and built nly in the apprved lcatins.
