Is LED lit on 48 VDC power supply, and is 48 VDC present at J1 on the micro-filter board? J1 J1 connections OK and Ye Y connector seated correctly? s? Replace micro-filter board Repair / replace Is 120 VAC present at 48 VDC power supply? After 2 minute delay, does red LED 1 on micro-filter board flash? Check for 120 VAC through cover interlock switch and circuit breaker Check input supply power Replace 48 VDC power supply Is the WFA alarm relay energized / LED on? WHITE error, go to WHITE CHECK ( page 26 )) Check WFA contacts Remote Alarm? Read DC voltages at the flash head terminal block, to ground terminal block Read the highest voltage; it is normal for there to be some fluctuation Orange 100 140 Vdc Purple 100 140 Vdc Brown 100 140 Vdc Blue 100 140 Vdc Yellow 100 140 Vdc Green 100 140 Vdc Is 48 VDC present at J5 on capacitor acitor board? Are all voltages within these ranges? Is 48 VDC present at J1 on micro-filter board? Replace capacitor board Call Unimar Tech Support @ 1 800 739-9169 Repair / replace cable from J1 on micro-filter board to J5 on capacitor board Replace micro-filter board Remove power from controller Remove J3 from both Driver 1 and Driver 2 boards Read resistance between the following wires: Orange to Yellow Orange to Brown Purple to Blue Purple to Green Are the readings between 140k 160k?
