1. SWJ-320 S2/S4 Product Features Compared with 3.2 width printers in the same price range, Mimaki's printer has an excellent print quality. SWJ-320 offers high image quality printing on PVC, as well as tarpaulin. SWJ-320 can be used not only for outdoor signage but also for indoor signage. The smallest dot size of 7pl produces smooth and beautiful finish, even with 4 color ink set. Purge, automatic suction and automatic wiping system keep the print head in a good condition, and the nozzle recovery function allows for the continuous operation when nozzle clogging occurred. 2-head model(s2) and 4-head model(s4) are prepared. 4-head model has arranged in stagger alignment. Print speed of approx. 83.0m2/h in draft mode drastically increases productivity. Mimaki s original ink, CS100, shows excellent cost performance. 3

1. SWJ-320 S2/S4 MAPS(Mimaki Advanced Pass System) Depending on media, pass-to-pass banding may occur by the irregularity of feed, even if Feed Correction is set appropriately. To avoid this, SWJ incorporates MAPS which reduces banding by blurring the boundary between passes. The effect of MAPS depends on the input value of speed adjustment. Value (+) MAPS (ON), Print Speed (Up), MAPS effect (Down) * The setting sometimes becomes invalid. Please conduct the check printing of the image quality before the main printing. Value (-) MAPS (ON), Print Speed (Down), MAPS effect (Up) Printing without using MAPS is possible. Please use MAPS according to application and media. *Note: There are modes (shown below) in which speed adjustment value becomes invalid, when the input value is set between 0 to +50. There is no impact on print quality during an activation of nozzle recovery function. Normal nozzles recover clogged nozzles. * Maximum 10 nozzles per one nozzle line can be recovered.
