3a 3. Vertical Tube Assembly Starting from inside of the tube back, thread cable ties through two (2) zip tie holes back to inside of tube back. This is very important for assembly on "X" post. It is very difficult to thread cable ties after tube back is assembled on the "X" post. CABLE TIES 4. Align top tube back mounting hole with top bracket clearance slot and formed hole (4a). Screw #10-32 thread forming screw through tube back mounting hole, tube bracket right clearance hole and into tube bracket left formed hole (4b). 6. Moving down tube back, fasten tube back to tube brackets as described. Tube brackets may be moved along post to align tube bracket mounting holes with corresponding tube back mounting holes. Repeat for all remaining tube back mounting holes. 5. Route cables along tube back and make appropriate power and data connections. Zip tie cable(s) to tube back. Align one end of tube front with the tube back. Align snap features on tube front and tube back. 7. Place Hub Power Piece on Base Enclosure. Don't fasten to the hub at this time. 8. Power piece is open at its back so that it slips around the cables and vertical tube. NOTE: You'll need to lift the conduit out of the way before setting the hub power piece in place. Then feed conduit through opening. 9a 9b DATA BRACKETS 9. Wire data cables to data modules then snap wired data modules onto decora mounting frame (9a). Attach decora mounting frame to the metal data brackets using #6-32 x 1/4" pan head screws (9b). Place decora mounting frame assembly onto hub cover (9c) and mount using four (4) #6 x 1/4" plastite trilobular screws as shown (9d). Note: If no data ports are desired, hub cover data filler pieces are provided to fill the data openings as shown (9e). 9a 9. Fasten data cables into data jacks (9a). Snap wired data jacks into decora frames (9b). Attach data jack to decora frame (9c) using two (2) data jack brackets and fastening the brackets using two (2) #6 x 1/4" plastite 48 trilobular screws, per assembly. Note: If no data ports are desired, hub cover data filler pieces are provided to fill the data openings as shown (9d).
