Intended use This product is only suitle for the purpose intended y the mnufcturer, s descried in the of opertion section. All relted product documents must lso e dhered to. Chnging or converting the product is not dmissile. Engineering notes The ppliction mster is licensed with BACstcT M nd is lelled with licence sticker. The second licence sticker supplied cn e stored in the project folder or in the susidiry/nso for rchiving nd licence ckup purposes. The modunet300 device is intended for fitting on top-ht ril (EN 60715) in cinet of plnt. The device cn e used for TN-S network systems, nd lso in TT or IT network systems when the locl requirements re oserved. Here the ground connection must e permnent, low-resistnce nd hve low lekge current. Ethernet, novnet nd Com re SELV/PELV electricl circuits nd must not e connected to ELV or TNV networks. Connection my only e performed when the system is disconnected from the electricl supply. When device type EY-AM300F001 is connected to 24 V power supply, n externl, primry fuse with strength of 2 A (time-lg type) must lso e connected upstrem. The ground terminls re connected internlly to the ertj connection (PELV electricl circuits). The communiction wiring must e crried out correctly nd in ccordnce with stndrds EN 50174-1, -2 nd -3. Communiction wires must e kept seprte from other live wires. Specil stndrds such s IEC/EN 61508, IEC/EN 61511, IEC/EN 61131-1 nd -2 were not tken into ccount. Locl requirements regrding instlltion, usge, ccess, ccess rights, ccident prevention, sfety, dismntling nd disposl must e tken into ccount. Furthermore, the instlltion stndrds EN 50178, 50310, 50110, 50274, 61140 nd similr must e oserved. At the top left of the ppliction mster there is switch (µp-power, OFF/ON ). This is not mins isolting fcility - the switch only isoltes the secondry circuit of the switch-mode power supply. During instlltion, there must lso e n isolting fcility (e.g. mins switch). The connection to the novnet system us nd the utomtion sttions (AS) is performed vi the twisted 2-wire power cles of novnet network. The Ethernet connection is vi n RJ-45 Ethernet socket. The communiction is vi the BACnet/IP dt communiction protocol. The configurtion of the IP ddress nd other prmeters re performed using one of the softwre tools of the SAUTER CASE Suite, the BACnet Server Configurtor. For more informtion, see mnul 7001007. The modunet300 novnet BACnet ppliction mster integrtes the BACnet Server/Client functionlity into the SAUTER AS (nov, modu) nd room utomtion sttions (ecos) of the SAUTER EYmodulo 2 series nd the EY3600 system. With the modunet300, the novnet network ecomes BACnet/IP system. The novnet AS ddresses of the sttions nd controllers my e etween 1 nd 4194. However, no more thn 100 novnet sttions per modunet300 my e integrted. Every modunet300 in the novnet hs novnet PC ddress. The ddresses used in the AS (MFA: mchine fine ddresses) re converted to BACnet ojects for n engineered house ddress (dt points), during which the mngement nd updting of the corresponding BACnet oject list is performed utomticlly. This does not involve ny dditionl genertion work for creting BACnet I/O ojects for the integrtion of the BACnet functionlity on the nov- Net utomtion level. For these BACnet ojects, n EDE file (Engineering Dt Exchnge) is creted utomticlly. Using the scheduler tht is lso implemented (dily nd weekly clendr) nd the relted BACnet ojects Schedule nd Clendr, it is possile to process locl BACnet time progrmmes nd thus lso control process quntities for the connected utomtion sttions time-dependently. Historicl dt cn lso e mnged with dynmiclly creted Trend Log ojects for BACnet systems on the ppliction mster. This dt is permnently stored on the device. For the lrms nd event notifictions, notifiction clss nd event enrolment ojects re supported. The processing cpcity for BACnet ojects per modunet300 ppliction mster is 1000 ojects in totl. Up to 100 ojects cn e prmeterised s BACnet client connection (peer-to-peer link). The BACnet ojects (dt points) cn e trnsferred y BACnet clients y mens of either cyclicl polling or the COV (Chnge Of Vlue suscription) mechnism of the BACnet ppliction mster.
