Operating from.1 15 GHz, the TGL2226 SM offers a low LSB of.5 db and provides 31.5 db of attenuation range while supporting low insertion loss and RMS attenuation errors. Using standard, negative control voltages from 3. V to 5. V coupled with excellent broadband performance, the TGA2226 SM is ideal for supporting a variety of commercial and military applications. The TGL2226 SM is packaged in a 3. x 3. mm surface mount package, with both RF ports matched to 5 ohms for simple system integration. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
