Selling Station Components (2) 2' x 6' Side s Have a channel running vertically down the middle (1) 2' x 6' Just flat, no channel (2) 2' x 2' Top Piece and Bottom Piece (1) Top Piece has square groove for header sign to set into. (1) Bottom Piece has small plastic feet to rise selling station off of floor (10) Inside Shelves Squared edges, only 1-finished side with black on them to face out. (9) Outside Shelves Rounded edges, finished on all four sides. (1) Custom Made to fit Roof Drain Display, pre-drilled hole to anchor drain to shelf. Step 1 Place 3 outside shelves down on the floor or a flat surface. (These are only being used to raise the display off of floor during assembly). Step 2 Lay one of the side panels down on top of the 3 shelves with the center groove facing up. Side Groove Step 3 Place piece into groove. 2' Side 2'
Step 4 Once in groove, flush the top and bottom edge of the with the side panel. Side Step 5 Attach Bottom to starting from the top edge down. End joints will fit flush into grooves. Step 6 Screw in all pre-drilled screws on bottom to center panel. Screw all vertical fasteners first. Then fasten all screws from Bottom to Side (horizontal screw holes along bottom in blue).
Step 7 Place Top Piece on in same manner as bottom but only place 1 screw in the bottom hole slightly loose. (In Step 10, this will allow the top edge to be pulled back a small amount to make it easier to place final Side top edge into groove on Top Piece). Top Only one screw for now Step 8 Place the last Side center groove onto the and then slide into the Bottom Piece and align groove down the center of the display (groove on inside will slide into place). Bottom Step 9 Attach 4 screws on Bottom Piece of display to the side panel that you just placed. Make sure that feet are visible on bottom. (Finalizing all screws on the Bottom from Step 6). Bottom
Step 10 Then pull Top Piece away (toward you) slightly allowing Side to slide down and into groove on Top Piece and. Make sure that square groove for signage is visible on top. 2 Top 1 Top Step 11 Fill remaining screws on Top Piece connecting to (red). Then fill remaining screws on Top Piece connecting Side (blue). Already done on Step 7 Bottom Step 12 Fasten screws all the way down the Side that is facing up in predrilled holes.
Step 13 Stand unit upright. Fasten screws on opposite Side connecting to. Top has groove for signage Lift Bottom has small plastic feet Step 14 Place 4 small shelving brackets (2 on each side) per shelf. Total of 10 shelves, 5 on each side. Make sure that all shelves are level. Start at the bottom of display by placing shelf on top of product to determine height. Step 15 Place 2 large shelving brackets (1 on each side) per shelf. Total of 10 shelves, 5 on each side. Make sure that all shelves are level. Start at the bottom of display by placing shelf on top of product to determine height. Drain display requires custom cut 16 shelf and bracket.
Step 16 There is a 1/8" hole pre-drilled into the roof drain and another hole in the top of the drain shelf. Place the small 1/2" screw into the pre-drilled area and screw down. Small chain connected will show the 3 additional finishes that are available. This will connect the drain to the shelf so that it does not walk out of the showroom without someone noticing. Step 17 View from top of the display Once header signage is connected, it will simply rest in groove There is groove that should be facing the ceiling on the top part of the display. Assemble the 4-sided header graphic by sliding each side into the plastic channels. Once all 4-sdes are connected, place on top of the display in the grove cut out. Groove is only there to set signage in and prevent from sliding off of the top of display and ensure signage is centered.
