Apply Multi-Purpose Sealer and lightly sand again to knock down any raised grain. PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS Background Basecoat surface Chalky Finish, Timeless. Shade around edge Fawn. Using Palmer 2" drybrush entire surface Warm White. Tape off frame. Drybrush Heritage Brick. Shade around outside of frame Fawn. Deepen shading Raw Sienna. Position Décor Cling stamp inside frame and stamp using Snow White. Reposition and stamp again. Shade around inside of frame Fawn. Deepen shading Raw Sienna. Trace on pattern. Shade around pattern Raw Sienna. Snowgirl Basecoat Light Buttermilk. Shade under brim of hat, under chin, above top of ornament, above mittens and along left side and under hem of skirt on right leg Antique White. Highlight along chin line, right side of neck, along top of arms and right side of right leg with Warm White. Drybrush Snow White to highlight face, arms and right leg. Drybrush cheeks Coral Blush. Line nose Canyon Orange. Line eyes and eyelashes Lamp Black. Basecoat eyes Lamp Black. Dot pupils Snow White. Line hair Lamp Black. Toque Basecoat toque Desert Sand. Drybrush Warm White. Basecoat red stripes Heritage Brick. Shade Black Plum. Drybrush True Red. Dot Snow White. Line outside Snow White. Basecoat green stripes Wasabi Green. Shade Hauser Medium Green. Drybrush Warm White. Ribbons, Berries and Boughs With Scroll stencil position around outside of frame and using Gold Splendor stencil using irregular pressure to give a distressed look. Reposition and stencil to get desired effect. Line vines and boughs Hauser Medium Green. Highlight lines and dot boughs Snow White. Using circle stencil and Heritage Brick stencil berries onto vine and boughs. Shade Black Plum on left side and between berries. Drybrush True Red. Line and dot Snow White. FINISHING Splatter all surface Snow White. Outline pattern Lamp Black if desired. Spray several coats of Matte Sealer/Finishing Spray. Allow to dry between coats. 4 artistsclub.com
