TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION We use last generation high efficient IPM intelligent module from Mitsubishi, very efficiency and stable performance. IPM has powerful protection function, protection for short circuit, over load and over temperature. Pure sine wave output with good transient response less than 50ms, waveform distortion is very small, we have higher conversion efficiency and stable output voltage. For complete ship isolation to shore we adopted to integrate low frequency transformer which ensure the input voltage and output voltage are completely electrical isolated to avoid corrosion effects on board. We use the SVPWM space vector algorithm, this guaranty high conversion efficiency, high instantaneous power and low no-load loss conversion, our can we reach more than 94% efficiency rating, to no burn energy to heat. Also the Converter has the function of filtering the grid disturbance and interference at the same time, which is a good performance of stabilized voltage and frequency power, to provide a more stable and pure power supply environment for the backend devices. The output is perfectly protected, with over-voltage, overload, short circuit, over temperature and we have a self-diagnosis. we use IPM Containing a built-in dedicated drive circuit to extract more performance from the IGBT chip, IPM (Intelligent Power Module) is a high-function module with a dedicated IC for self-protection functions (for over-current, undervoltage of control power supply and over-heating).
