STITCH EXPLANATION: hdc2tog (hdc dec) Yarn over, insert hook into st and draw up a loop. Yarn over, insert hook into next st and draw up a loop. Yarn over and draw through all loops on hook 1 st decreased. Surface Chain Stitch Thread needle and bring from back to front through Scarf. *Hold short length of yarn on front, forming a small loop.
