2 The first production batch of our C.I.J. is now installed in our various customers factories around our offices; these are under long term, real user tests. We are now generally satisfied with the reliability. We will announce a limited release for the World market soon. More details later. ikonmac M800 PRO A multi head high Resolution printer for nearly any porous or non-porous flat surface and not so flat! The controller can manage up to 8 print heads to print several different places or colours on the same product. Print heads can print horizontally or vertically and multiple heads can print on both sides of the product all using the same controller. A powerful yet simple to use new Win jet software V5.53 now with K.I.S.S*, for so simple updating. An Ethernet connection this can enable remote programming from anywhere via internet. Data matrix and QR codes now added. The new external text operation allows up to 12 lines of text to be added to an existing message, just type in directly from the Keyboard to edit. 3 INK STATIONS FOR M800 For high ink consumption applications, the ink station can be fitted for 18mm or 34mm print heads. The twin cassette ink station can be adapted for 2 heads in line with 2 separate colours printing e.g. Black & White printing on Grey pipes. 5 Special M800 For additional print heads of up to 8 heads connected to one M800 controller each application will be quoted separately. M800 controller is shown with 7 x 18mm print heads in line now the print heads can be spaced across the web of a conveyor up to 3 meters wide.
6 E18+ The E18+contains a faster P.C.B, a simple to use menu, a new keyboard. Arabic message making made easy straight from the keyboard + full pc software for easy logo down loads, New Software. K.I.S.S. rated * (Keeping it so simple) ikonmac s policy is to make all our equipment as easy and user friendly as possible. 7 E18i An 18mm High Resolution printer Complete with photocell and starter kit. A simple to use, stand alone, high Resolution printer for printing on to almost any flat surface porous or non-porous. C.E. The remote 18mm, Resolution printer, with separate controller and ink station for up to 6 meters away. Remote print head can be up to one and half meters in length from the ink station. 9 Manual shutter Shut turn the button and it s open. This keeps the ink ready for printing without the need to spray and purge for several hours whilst not printing. This is a standard fitting on all 18 mm heads
10 Automatic shutter for UV LED inks Controlled by a single photocell which also acts for product detection. Can also be manually opened and closed. A mobile head for all the high resolution printer range that will accommodate product misalignment on the conveyor, cope with odd shaped products and print on curves. The new mobile print head, spring loaded shock absorbing and contour following. Available for all Xaar headed High Resolution print engines and can be adapted to fit the LCP
11 For side or downwards printing, single or double heads Option 1.5 ink pipe meter from ink station to Head this can enable a multi headed system to print across a conveyor web of up to 3 meters wide Up to 16 print heads can be fitted to a M800 controller. Special 1.5meter for E18i special 1.5 meter for the M800 ink station Special lengths are made to order maximum 1.5 meters long. Any longer umbilical required please request trials before confirming anything to your customer
12 A680 Multi headed High resolution printer 2-6 heads 8mm or 18mm Specially made for Egg printing, it can also be used for any multi line requiring identical messages on line of the product up to 1.5 meters across the conveyor. Special adaptations can be made for other applications. 5 headed system and 6 headed system SPARES E18i + or M800 18mm complete print head assembly with manual shutter and Filter Or fully automatic shutter Xaar print heads with special connector boards for some other high Resolution manufactures printers.
