Last date of submission of entry fees is 10 th May 2017. Entry with a late fee of 1,000 will be accepted till 12 th May 2017. No request towards waiver of entry fee or waiver of late fee will be entertained. Tournament Rules: The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 10 rounds. Time Control: 15mins + 10 secs increment from move no.1 Tie Break: In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes however will not be shared. Accommodation: No accommodation will be provided. However, accommodation can be arranged/suggested if requested. Protests: Protests, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter should be made in writing with a protest fee of 1000 within 15 minutes of occurrence of the incident. Organizers reserve the right to reject any entry without assigning any reason and to make necessary changes to the rules pertaining to the tournament.
