User Manual for Azooga 10 in 1 Multi-game table 1
Assembly Manual Parts Pool, foosball/table soccer, table tennis, chess, checkers, shuffle board, backgammon, bowling, deck of cards and dice all together compose the 10 in 1 multi-game table. Using the parts list,please check and confirm all of the parts are complete before assembling. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD Small parts. Not for children under 5 yrs. Directions A. Begin with the assembly of the pool table. 1. Remove all of the pieces from the packaging. Separate and identify pieces. 2. For the pool table assembly, you will need 16 screws with full thread (#23), 16 washers (#24), four legs (#18) and the pool table top (#25). 3. Place the pool table top (#25) on the ground facing downwards. 4. Insert one of the leg pieces (#18) into the corner slot of the pool 2
table top. Attach the leg to the pool table top by using four screws with full thread (#23) and four washers (#24). Two screws and washers are to be inserted into two precut holes on each side of the leg. 5. Repeat step four for to attach the remaining three legs. 6. Install four levelers (#44) into precut hole on the bottom of each leg. 7. Turn the table right side up, so that the pool surface is facing upwards. 8. Assembly of the pool table is complete. B. Assembly of other games (with the exception of table tennis and table soccer. See below.) 1. Other games are assembled by placing the appropriate game surface on the pool table top. 2. The games fit best if they are placed on the pool table surface in the following order: a. Put the air hockey and table tennis surface (#26) onto the top of the pool table surface. For storage, place the air hockey side of this surface facing upwards. b. Then place the surface for checkers, chess, bowling, shuffle board, backgammon, cards and dice (#38) on top of the air hockey table surface. Place the side that coordinates with the game chosen to be played facing upwards. c. Place the table soccer box on top of the air hockey table surface. C. Table tennis assembly 1. Place the air hockey and table tennis surface (#26) on the pool table surface with the green table tennis side facing 3
upward. 2. Put the table tennis net in place by inserting two small metal rods (#20) into the precut holes on each side of the table tennis surface. Attach the net (#31) onto each of the metal rods. D. Table soccer/ foosball table assembly. 1. For assembly of the table soccer table, you will need the following pieces: a. Table soccer playing field surface (#3) b. 2 Table soccer field box side panels (#1) c. 2 Table soccer field box goal panels (#2) d. 8 screws with full thread (#23) e. 8 washers (#24) f. 8 metal player figurine rods (#4-7) g. 11 red player figurines (#21) h. 11 blue player figurines (#21) i. 8 handle pieces (#8) j. 8 metal rod end caps (#9) k. 16 foam stoppers (#16) l. 32 plastic washers (#17) m. 26 small metal screws (#22) n. 4 plastic goalie rod stoppers (19) o. 4 threaded screws (#13) p. 2 wood support beams (#12) 2. Begin by constructing your table soccer field box. Locate two end goal panels. Connect a goal panel to the one of the side panels by using two screws with full thread, and two washers. Repeat on the opposite end of the side panel with the second goal panel. 3. Slide the soccer playing field surface into the connected three sides of the 4
box. 4. Connect the final side panel to the table soccer field box by using two screws with full thread and two washers on each end. Turn your newly constructed soccer field box upside down and insert two supporting beams. (#12) Connect the supporting beams to the box using 2 long screws (#13) and 4 washers (#14). 5. Place four screw caps (#15) on the ends of the long screws. This will complete your table soccer field box. Place the box on top of the pool table structure. 6. Once the table soccer field box is created, locate 8 metal player rods. Identify the different metal rods by looking at the precut holes punched in each of the rods. Each rod will have holes placed in it for the attachment of the figurines, plus a hole punched in the end to indicate where the handle is to be placed. Your 8 total rods should be distributed as follows: a. 4 rods with three holes for figurine and stopper attachment, plus one handle indicator hole on the end. b. 2 rods with two holes for figurine attachment, plus one handle indicator hole on the end. c. 2 rods with five holes for figurine attachment, plus one handle indicator hole on the end. 7. Place each of the eight handles onto the eight metal rods, Handles should be placed on the end of the rod with an indicator hole approximately two inches from the end. 8. Begin at one end of the table soccer field box with a precut slot that is nearest one of the goals. Slide the metal rods into the table soccer field box. Place the rods into the box staring at the goal nearest to you in the following order (use the diagram below for 5
assistance): a. Three figurine hole rod, handle on the right side b. Two figurine hole rod, handle on the right side c. Three figurine hole rod, handle on the left side d. Five figurine hole rod, handle on the right side e. Five figurine hole rod, handle on the left side f. Three figurine hole rod, handle on the right side g. Two figurine hole rod, handle on the left side h. Three figurine hole rod, handle on the left side 9. Once the rods are in place, we will begin placing the figurines on each of the rods. Locate the goalie rod, or the rod next to the goal that you began the rod insertion process with (three figurine hole rod, handle on the right side.). 10. Slide the rod partially back out of the table soccer field box by pulling the end with the handle until the opposite end of the rod is resting in the center of the field. Completed Bumper Group 11. Create a bumper group by sliding one rubber washer, one foam stopper and another rubber washer onto the rod. Push these three pieces together to make the bumper group. This group will eventually be placed directly on the outside of the goalie rod stopper. 12. After the bumper group is in place, slide one goalie rod stopper, one 6
red figurine and another goalie rod stopper onto the rod. 13. Create a second bumper group by sliding one rubber washer, one foam bumper and another rubber washer onto the rod and pushing these three pieces together. Goalie Rod Stopper and Bumper Group 14. Once these pieces are placed on the rod, you may again slide the rod through the remaining hole in the side of the table soccer field box. 15. Slide the first bumper group far to the right, so that it is positioned on the rod, to the right of all of the precut holes. 16. In the furthest hole to your right, attach the goalie rod stopper by using one of the threaded screws. 17. Attach the red figurine to the center hole using a small metal screw. 18. Attach the remaining goalie rod stopper in the third hole using another of the threaded screws. 19. Slide both bumper groups so that they are positioned on the rod directly next to the goalie rod stoppers, on the outside of each stopper. ( Bumper Group Placement see photo to the right) 20. Place an end cap on the unfinished end of the goalie rod. 21. Locate the next rod, (Two figurine hole rod, handle on the right side.) Slide this rod partially back out of the table soccer field box by pulling the handle until the opposite end is resting in the center of the field. 22. Create a bumper group by sliding one rubber washer, one foam 7
bumper and another rubber washer onto the rod. Push these three pieces together to make the bumper group. 23. Next slide two red figurines onto this rod. 24. Create a second bumper group by sliding one rubber washer, one foam bumper and another rubber washer onto the rod and pushing these three pieces together. 25. Once these pieces are placed on the rod, you may slide the rod back through the remaining hole in the side of the table soccer field box. 26. Slide the first bumper group far to the right, so that it is positioned on the rod to the right of all of the precut holes. 27. Attach the red figurines to the two precut holes in the rod using two small metal screws. Bumper Group Placement 28. Slide both bumper groups so that they are positioned on the rod directly next to the figurine, on the outside of each figurine. (see photo to the right) 29. Place an end cap on the unfinished end of the rod. 30. Locate the next rod, (Three figurine hole rod, handle on the left side.) Slide this rod partially back out of the table soccer field box by pulling the handle until the opposite end is resting in the center of the field. 31. Create a bumper group by sliding one rubber washer, one foam bumper and another rubber washer onto the rod. Push these three pieces together to make the bumper group. 32. Next slide three blue figurines onto this rod. 8
33. Create a second bumper group by sliding one rubber washer, one foam bumper and another rubber washer onto the rod and pushing these three pieces together. 34. Once these pieces are placed on the rod, you may slide the rod back through the remaining hole in the side of the table soccer field box. 35. Slide the first bumper group far to the left, so that it is positioned on the rod to the left of all of the precut holes. 36. Attach the blue figurines to the three precut holes in the rod using three small metal screws. 37. Slide both bumper groups so that they are positioned on the rod directly next to the outside figurines. Bumper groups should be outside of all of the figurines on both the right and the left side. (see photo to the right) Bumper Group Placement 38. Place an end cap on the unfinished end of the rod. 39. 40. Locate the next rod, (Five figurine hole rod, handle on the right side.) Slide this rod partially back out of the table soccer field box by pulling the handle until the opposite end is resting in the center of the field. 41. Create a bumper group by sliding one rubber washer, one foam bumper and another rubber washer onto the rod. Push these three pieces together to make the bumper group. 42. Next slide five red figurines onto this rod. 43. Create a second bumper group by sliding one rubber washer, one foam bumper and another rubber washer onto the rod and pushing these three pieces together. 44. Once these pieces are placed on the rod, you may slide the rod back through the remaining hole in the side of the table soccer field box. 45. Slide the first bumper group far to the right, so that it is positioned on 9
the rod to the right of all of the precut holes. 46. Attach the red figurines to the five precut holes in the rod using five small metal screws. 47. Slide both bumper groups so that they are positioned on the rod directly next to the outside figurines as done with other rods. Bumper groups should be outside of all of the figurines on both the right and the left side. 48. Place an end cap on the unfinished end of the rod. 49. Now you have completed half of your table soccer table. Go to the opposite end of the table and repeat steps 8 though 46, only this time use the opposite color scheme. 50. Place one scorer (#11)- on the top of each end goalie panel, insert one screw (#10)on each end of scorer. 51. Your completed table should resemble the picture shown below. 10
