Design & Layout Each Brand Package includes the layout and production of final art files and die guides for both the cigar box and band, along with production coordination and delivery of art files. The overall design will be based on client-provided logo, brand graphics and text copy and will be consistent with current branding. The Design & Layout fee Includes: 2 concepts and 2 rounds of revisions Additional designs and revisions can be done at an additional hourly fee
Production and Manufacturing Box & Band Packages BRONZE PACKAGE (100 Cigars) Printing and manufacturing of 100 premium, custom-designed single cigar boxes and custom bands with embossing, foil, die cutting and gluing, plus all die costs. Includes 100 El Cubano Cigars: hand rolled, barber pole dual Maduro and natural leaf wrapper cigars made with the finest handpicked tobacco from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic banded, cellophane wrapped and boxed. These selected cigars have a medium body smoke which features a complex, nutty taste with a subtle hint of cedar. SILVER PACKAGE (500 Cigars) Printing and manufacturing of 500 premium, custom-designed single cigar boxes and custom bands with embossing, foil, die cutting and gluing, plus all die costs. Includes 500 El Cubano Cigars: hand rolled, barber pole dual Maduro and natural leaf wrapper cigars made with the finest handpicked tobacco from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic banded, cellophane wrapped and boxed. These selected cigars have a medium body smoke which features a complex, nutty taste with a subtle hint of cedar. All packages require a 50% deposit. Additionally some clients many not want all the cigars at the same time. We are able to manufacture on a need basis, but require payment in full for the entire package upon completion.
