RELIABLE PERFORMANCE PRESS FEEDBACK AUTOMATED PRINT CONTROL (APC) APC options provide accurate, real-time data regarding the position of the anilox and print sleeve at each print station. This will clearly boost operator confidence. To make the operator s job as easy as possible, MPS developed Automated Print Control (APC). It provides automated servo control of relevant print pressure settings at each print station, with automated job memory allowing for effortless repeat jobs. FAST SET-UPS AND CHANGEOVERS QUICK CHANGE PRINT ELEMENTS In MPS presses print elements such as ink trays, meter rollers, anilox rollers, and doctor blades are very easy to change. Anilox rollers as well as doctor blades are fitted with handles for transport and positioning/removal. These handles are used for locking said elements inside the print head as well.
