At our plant in Torreon, Mexico, the boulders are then cut and carved into a collection of beautiful Castelli Marble products. Selling Castelli Marble General Information Orders: All orders must be faxed to Castelli Marble s office. (216) 361-1797 How to order: Color Samples: Always include model # or code & description on purchase order. It is recommended to have 2 to 3 samples of each color to show the possible color variations to the end user. It is also recommended to replace these color samples every 4 to 6 months, as colors might change slightly due to current quarry locations. Castelli Marble will provide 3 samples of each color at 50% charge with opening order (please specify on purchase order). Additional samples can be ordered at 50% charge (up to 6 colors every six months) if placed with a product order. Color sample requests, in addition to the 6 per month or ordered separately from a product order, will be charged $15. Lead Times: Stock product - 3 to 5 days Special designs 8 weeks Non stock products 4 to 5 weeks 24 hour rush on in stock items = $10 Full line Catalog: Plumbing Drains: Matching: Sealing: Tile & Mosaics Sizing: Sealing: Refills: Castelli Marble will provide full line binders for all necessary staff. Due to the production cost, full line catalog requests for Architects, Designers, and Builders will be $25 per catalog. All sinks available without overflow only. A grid drain or lift and turn drain without overflow is recommended for lavatory drains. When ordering two or more sinks in one room, specify on the purchase order Side by Side All sinks are sealed at the factory. Please refer to the Care & Maintenance Guide for further information. Determine the square footage of the area to be tiled. Add an additional 10% for a square area and 15% for an area with angles. It is also recommended to always order additional tiles for possible future use. Seal tile with a penetrating natural stone sealer (see Care & Maintenance Guide) after installation. If grout is a different tone than the tile color, the tiles should be sealed before the grout is applied. If it is necessary to reorder tile because of a refill or shortage, samples of original order must be mailed or pictures e-mailed to Castelli Marble for proper color match. Fireplace Surround Make up: The fireplace surround consist of three pieces; mantel, frame and hearth. Sizes: Fits most standard fireplace manufacturer s box 36 x 42. Custom: Installation: Custom sizes and designs are available upon request. A detailed drawing must be supplied. Castelli Marble will supply a quoted price within 48 hours of receiving the drawing. Surround is assembled with an epoxy adhesive and installed similar to tile wall applications.

Care & Maintenance Guide Your Castelli Marble product is hand carved and hand crafted from solid natural stone which have been selected from only the finest quarries. With proper care and maintenance, you will be able to preserve the natural beauty of your stone. Sealing All stone products are porous and should be sealed 1-2 times annually with a penetrating stone sealer. These types of sealers help prevent stains from absorbing into the stone. Sealing your natural stone is an easy process and will protect the natural beauty of the stone. Stone sealing product are available through marble & granite suppliers. Follow the stone sealer manufacturer s instructions for proper application. Care Although sealed, spills can still penetrate the stone if left unattended. Spills should be wiped or rinsed away as soon as possible. Avoid using harsh cleansers, detergents or scrubbing pads. Cleaning solutions containing vinegar, lemon or oils should be avoided. Cleaning Clean the stone periodically with gentle dishwashing soap (i.e. ivory) and water. Cleaning products designed for natural stone may also be used and are available where stone sealing products are sold.
