Diamond Blades Stone Application Introduction: Our stone cutting blades used for industrial applications are produced from 250mm onwards. The blades are manufactured using our patented segment design and are always welded on the steel core. All our blades can work in dry as well as wet cooling conditions, however wet cutting allows for better tools life and in lesser dust creation which is less hazardous. The product chart is designed to offer the right blade for the right stone and application. We recommend that our customers choose the right blade for the job as detailed in our product list. We offer blades for marble, granite, sandstone and slate cutting with a wide size range and different product grades. Segment Design: We offer various diamond segment shapes such as notched, turbo grooved, layered segments which are differentiated based on the end application i.e. stone and size of the blade. Our segments are designed with a patented foot design which allows for full diamond depth without base hence there is the advantage of higher performance. Further the blades are always welded thus it can be used for wet and dry applications. Normal and Silent Cores: The circular disks are offered in standard steel cores which are more economical in comparison to the silent steel cores.
