A full timber hub and galvanised wire holding system adds additional strength and makes replacement of parts easy. Polished galvanised and zinc plated steel components are used throughout our umbrella to ensure durability and added strength. Three different holding systems are available, designed to fit any application including: corrosion resistant steel powder coated bases, galvanised bases and installations of galvanised in ground sockets. This fabric offers an excellent light fastness that will maintain its original colour even in the harshest climatic conditions for a number of years. Prior to the extrusion process of the fibres, high light fastness pigments are pumped under precise pressure into the molten acrylic polymer. The fibres are then extruded under further pressure. This ensures that the colour pigment is distributed throughout the entire profile of each of the fibres. These fibres are then woven into the yarn and in turn the yarn is woven into the final fabric itself, giving us a premium quality, light fast fabric. POLYCOTTON Imported Fabric Rio Marketing offers an economic alternative polycotton fabric available in white only. This fabric is a lightweight and easy to dry. Turnaround time on orders using this fabric is very quick. Green Toast Black Orange PVC Rio Marketing uses a range of PVC fabrics as an alternative to acrylic in windbreaks. We offer a range of different thickness for all purposes. Each is manufactured to keep their tear and tensile strength qualities over time.
