DIVISION - M DOMESTIC AND FANCY WORK RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Entries must be the handiwork of and owned by the exhibitor 2. One entry in any lot by one exhibitor 3. Entries must be in accordance with the premium list classification 4. Articles must be finished work, fully displayed 5. Lace means: crocheted, knitted, tatted or made by hand. 6. A Sweepstakes prize of $3.50 will be awarded to the best quilt for Division M, Class 3 or Division P, Class 2 to be sent to the State Fair. a. NOTE: No entry for crazy quilts or yo-yo quilts will be awarded the sweepstakes prize as they will not be accepted at the State Fair. They are eligible for prizes at the County Fair. 7. The best rug from Division M, Class 7 or Division P Class 1 will be awarded a $3.50 sweepstakes prize and will be submitted to the State Fair. 8. Persons receiving sweepstakes in either quilts or rugs will be required to attach a statement from the County Fair Secretary.
