Sew ends of elastic tog securely. Sew opening of waistband closed. HAT With MC, cast on 96 (2) sts. Back of. Work Chart IV to end of chart and WS rows from left to right noting 6 st rep will be worked 6 (7) times. Next row: Purl. Next row: Purl, inc st at centre. 97 (3) sts. Shape top: st row: (RS).
