1. Product Introduction RH503 wireless transducer and RH550 wireless communication station are an online monitoring solution which can replace manual inspection work, developed by ROZH for the key equipment of enterprises. The up to date wireless monitoring technology enables it to monitor both vibration and temperature signal, which will be transferred to database server by RH550 wireless communication station. This will save large quantity of wiring work on site. Small workload of installation, easy maintenance, reduction of the reliability on the staff and the difficulty to monitor the dispersed equipment enable it to be widely used in enterprises. 2. Function and Characteristics Wireless data transmission between RH550 and RH503 saves the wiring work of signal transmission, power supply and network. Free-frequency-range transmission frequency makes it possess strong anti-jamming capability and suitable for industrial on-site utility. RH503 has 2.4GHz 12 frequency ranges available for configuration to avoid the jamming with other frequency ranges. Low consumption design; three batteries for RH503 can work for 2 years during normal operation. Small volume allows it to be mounted on various industrial fields It is capable of collecting both vibration and temperature signal simultaneously. The whole RH550 communication station is based on ARM9 core, 32 bit CPU processor; It is of low consumption, and with strong anti-jamming capacity. RH550 board card is integrated with two sets of low consumption 2.4GHz wireless transceiver, which is used for RH503 configuration and data transmission.
